Unni, the "city" box for the Philippines is still not working.
I need help on going about canceling an order. I sent them an email so can you double check if it went through? I placed an order and was told that the order didn’t go though so I placed another order thinking it didn’t go through when the first and second order did go through. Managed to add it to my cart this morning, but when trying to go to payment get a message that 'some items are not available in your cart' (only have the box in my cart). Looks like our girls have managed to cause a massive impact on the Nurihaus website. I'll try again when I'm back from work and see if I can get that one step further or if it indeed is sold out. I'm committed to keeping trying till the website tells me it's definitely sold out :).

😭 having trouble getting the 📦 box
🤩 After one hour (and a lot of patience!), I was able to get a box. Don’t give up guys. It is 9:56 pm in NYC and I still got a box. I can’t believe it. I noticed that I was not completing the information in the address. Make sure to complete each part of the address (like city and state). I first tried ordering in my iPad, and then used my cell phone. IT WORKED!!! THank you ladies!!
