@Trooth I guess I did not notice any of those, I see her as a whole. However, I do agree that if a bride to be feels personally (not told by her entourage) self-conscious about something - it shouldn’t be highlighted by a dress.

Not sure why she feels self conscious about her arms and chest area. She is gorgeous!
Some people just feel uncomfortable with those areas exposed.

Amazing. They actually kept it in budget! That was the perfect dress for her, but I wish it had been in the blush color she so loved.
Loving a color doesn't mean that it helps you feel bridal though

I love this woman. Every garment I own is blush, peach, pink or mauve. I am obsessed with this color range. I EVERYTHING I own has lots of crochet lace on it. This lady has good taste. I also make my own crochet clothing which I design in guess what color?????Blush!!!!!

Why would you have only £2000 budget if you are getting married at St. Paul's Cathedral? In my country the average salary is $300-400 per month, and yet most brides choose dresses over $2000.
£2,000 is still alot of money for 1 day
So many possible reasons for that. I myself for example have a very big family and would want to invite them all, so I'd probably rather spend money on a bigger location, very good meals and stuff than on an extra expensive dress.

I am a bit surprised the cathedral doesn't have rules about shoulders and arms being covered on a wedding dress. I'd love to hear the story of how they were able to get married at St Paul's Cathedral because you have to be connected in specific ways to marry there. That would have been an interesting story.
I thought the same thing. I'd be surprised if strapless gowns were allowed.

There are no dress codes in Church of England churches, unlike Catholic Churches. People get married in all manner of dresses. Someone else, above, commented on how she was able to get married in St Paul’s. I can’t remember all of it, I’m afraid, but it was because her mother had worked for a government organisation, at one point, with entitles her children to marry there.
The second dress is so beautiful and looks great on her too bad she didn't go with that one it fits her body well it forms perfectly with her upper body

David Emanuel shop has more affordable but elegant gown in us version (kleinfeild shop) that style will cost around 2000-3000 dollars but in this shop if we convert it in dollars it will only cost more or less 1500 usd…Emanuel and gok boutique has more affordable gown

A bit confusing what was going on in this appointment tbh bride wants timeless, classic not costume-y and was trying on pretty blush dresses and then she wants a bit more wow, more theatrics, drama and then ended up with a usual princess dress 🤔 Nothing against anybody, bride is gorgeous and happy with the gown, David stayed within budget, everybody happy -I’m just a bit confused how things went hahahahahahaha
I’ve watched this show too much and noticed sometimes brides come in with one idea of what they want until they try something different on and realize they like it more. I feel like if I ever get married, I’d want princess/A-line, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I left with something fitted
