Vegemite is awesome on toast with lots of melted butter and a tiny bit of Vegemite.

It comes as no surprise that Americans add “Shoot” at the end of ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’. 😂

Fairy bread is meant to be for kids birthday parties not something you eat every day

Except for Fairy Bread Day, I always made sure I had the white bread, butter and 100 and 1000’s to share with work mates and they loved it.

If the Vegemite taste is too strong, you can also use it as a substitute for beef stock. (For soups and sauces) The Vegemite brings on a whole new flavour

You would think that the country that invented WiFi, yes WiFi, was invented in Australia had better internet in certain areas!

My internet flies here in Victoria Aus. I’ve never had slow internet - push button, bingo, page opens.

What they mean is when you upload to the internet, which can be painfully slow with huge files.

@ I know, my large files upload fine. Guess I’ve got a secret weapon lol. My son has his own IT business. Mummy gets the best for free - lucky me 😊
There is, as u probably know why some internet in parts of Aus is slower.

Try Avocado with Vegemite, thin spread of Vegemite in a slice of bread and half an Avocado per slice, it's really yummy 👍
Tasmania is the place for Makensie, even though it's summer at xmas, sometimes it still snows there at xmas, then it gets really cold in the winter, if that's too cold, just move north till it's not too cold.

Summer is December to the end of February, Autumn is March to the end of May, Winter June to the end of August and Spring September to the end of November. Unless you're in Melbourne then it can all happen in one day. Vegimite was never a favourite of mine and neither was Nutella but the kids loved it.

Hey Neil. So frustrating that You Tube won't allow links. So, there is a fantastic, but old, Aussie clip that details so many Aussie inventions and how they have changed the world. It is long so you may have to edit it but it is well worth the 'review', assuming you haven't seen it already, It is called: "Bet it Won't Work - Clever Australian Inventions"

Vegemite is Australia's answer to Marmite, seriously the two products are basically the same thing! Made from yeast extract, leftover from beer production. The few differences between the two are very slim: Where Marmite is a dense dark brown, smooth with salty flavour with a hint of sweetness. Vegemite on the other hand is a dark brown to black salty flavour but slightly bitter rather than sugary. Its only difference is the extra flavouring such as Onion, Celery and other spices, in a similar way that Promite is made of vegetables and yeast extract but again is sweeter than both Marmite and Vegemite.
The history of Vegemite came about during WWI when imports to Australia were disrupted, which included products like Marmite. Finding use for our leftover yeast that was being discarded by beer breweries, creator Cyril Percy Callister, blended the yeast with salt, onion, and celery extracts, giving it that "vegetable" characteristics and its name Vegemite!

I have super fast internet, I never wait for anything, but it is a big country, someone might have bad internet….I am in a suburb of Adelaide, for context.
I can’t deal with a summer day/night without ac. I don’t know anyone without ac…again, I am in Adelaide, other cities might be different. But, I have the ac on at night, plus a ceiling fan, AND I have a small mini fan on my face. When I wake up in the morning,it is usually about 14-17degrees C…so, around 60 F and this is about the right temp for sleeping.

English language is not a pure language bacause they were invaded and occupied so many times ie. Romans; Normans (French); Vikings and Goths (Germans). Each left a bit of their language behind, making up the hybrid lanuage called English.

I've got gigabit internet so it's not as bad as people make it out to be, I think the problem is most people don't check what speeds they can get or they're cheapskates.
