Interviewer is really good, the interaction she maintains with the interviewee is damn awesome which can actually reduce the tension if the attendee is worried of interview.

That guy confidence level goes up when he starts speaking in native language, I think interview should be conduct with their state respective Language for eg take china, japan , korea they don't conduct interview in English (jusy my opinion)
