How to contact Evri; What is Evri's Phone Number? (Hermes)

    To speak to a human at Evri do the following:
    1) Call the number in the video.
    2) Sending or receiving a parcel - Say “SENDING” (DO NOT say receiving)
    3) Do you have a 16 digit tracking number say “YES”
    4) Does it start with a number say “NO!”
    5) Say your tracking code (it will ask for first 3 digits, then another 3 digits, then 5 digits and another 5 digits)
    6) After the evri message, WAIT!!! and Listen to the options. Say “Speak with someone about my parcel”
    It may take you a few attempts as often Evri will end the line if there is too many people in the queue.
    If you are still struggling to speak to a human you can go down the slow route of www.resolver.co.uk or on the Evri website, start a support ticket if the help bot allows you.
    PHONE LINES ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

      What good is that when the number charges a standard rate of £1.00 a minute. They delivered and yet my item was stolen by them. Evri is the worst thieving courier service ever.

      ​@@lawrencevincent1 There closed on Sundays. Yes, you can. I use the number all year round. Make sure you say sending and not receiving! At this time of the year it may be difficult to get through as you can imagine a lot will be calling at this time of the year. Best time to call is first thing

      @@TonksBoutique Hi, again, please don't take this the wrong way but the phone number is garbage. I am the buyer you can't get through to anyone tried 4 times including using the tracking number everything with automation and then the line cuts out. "YES"! I know you can't contact them on a Sunday. The whole thing is rubbish just like evil evri.

    Please sellers. Stop using this bunch of criminals and this dreadful company. I agree with the comment below. This company needs to be boycotted and made to go bankrupt. Who is longer the sellers carry on using this company. They will carry on getting away with offering poor service or in a lots of cases no service at all.
    I have ordered several items from sellers that use this company and a nightmare experience from them.
    Poor or no customer service at all. I think it's about time we all got together and by the campaign to the government to make changes with this company always delivery services here in the UK. We need to strict new laws put into place from the government. This is the only way this will change and we need a lot better customer protection. With the current economic climate as customers going to have a lot less money to spend anyway. So a lot of businesses are going to have to fight for fewer customers. I hope and I think this will Focus Minds.
    This is my take on the issue.

      The thing is when I used Royal Mail I had more lost parcels. I've sent 1500 parcels this year. 1800 last year and at a guess I've had 10-20 items go missing in over 3300+ delivery's. I think that's decent

    Hi, I’ve followed all the steps that you’ve presented, to the letter but after saying I would like to speak to someone, they just asked whether I would like to track another parcel. Can you try your method again and confirm if it still works? It is very urgent that I get in touch with EVRI.

      Did you say sending? Its because the phone lines are busy evri rarely puts you in a queue and it hangs up. Easier to speak to them outside the festive season.

      @@TonksBoutique I definitely said sending. It’s very important that I speak to them as soon as about something one of their drivers has done.

    This method isn’t working, I tried it, it just tells you that the parcel is delivered then if you want to track another parcel. There is no option of talking to a person

      Ive called today twice and got the option to talk to a person. If your tracking code, cancels the phone call at parcel delivered then put in another tracking code, at the end of the call you will get the option to speak to someone. If you dont have another tracking code change a few digits on your current code. Hope this helps.

      @@TonksBoutique Iv tried lots of times today and they say if you want to talk about the parcel then refer to the website. Please can you try today and see if you get through to a person

      @@gulnardagada662 I've called today and I didn't manage to get through to a person. I got "There is too many people in the queue, please try again later" and the phone line hanged up. I like many other have to just keep trying. I did go to the website and I created a support ticket, but I will also try the phone lines again later.

      @@TonksBoutique I don’t even get through to the queue, I give my tracking details they say it’s delivered then ask if I have another one I give that too and they just give me update then ask if I have anymore tracking no’s. If I say no then they put the phone down. They dont give me an option to speak to a person

      @@gulnardagada662 Try there website and the help bot. You should get an option that will allow you to create a support ticket. You should get an option like "issue with parcel or parcel arrive damaged" www.evri.com/help-and-support/help-centre/#/ (bottom right click the question marks)

    Sellers that use terrible companies like Hermes are part of the problem. Use a decent courier company and pass on the postage to the customer. Hermes/Evri would have no option other than to improve if people stopped using them.

      I talk to lots of sellers and they all have problems with every single courier. I used to use Royal Mail for all my orders and moved to Evri and since moving have had less issues. My recent evri video my order was found in a field and delivered by a stranger but still less parcels going missing compared to when I used Royal Mail.

    Sarah, I know what you mean about putting a tracking number that has been delivered, I also got cut off if it had not been delivered, got to say customer service was good when I got hold of a human

      Yeah, but it's the trying to get hold to a human that can be an issue. We learnt that sometimes they wont accept your tracking so best to use a previous code. Thanks for watching Malcolm

      I can't give out one of my customers tracking numbers but my tracking is C00HHA then 10 numbers. Even try your current tracking and just change the last few numbers to see if that works if your current tracking isn't working.

    I just got this notification from Evri:
    '18:18 - Sun Jan 15
    We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it. We'll try again on the next working day.'
    I use the Argos pickup point for my deliveries so they must know it closes at 4pm on a Sunday. It'll still be on time today though but they sure are dumb if they did try to deliver it!

      I'm on hold just now to evri about a missing skirt, finally only took me a few weeks due to the busy xmas period. Say sending, then to enter a tracking code thats been delivered, wait until options come up and say speak to an agent. Easiest way to speak to evri but may take you a few attempts.

    Why do companies use this sh** show Evri, they may be cheaper than other couriers but I’d rather pay extra on a courier like DPD than suffer at the hands of this unethical company Evri

      I've had more issues with Royal Mail than Evri in 3 years of reselling.

      You may of had, I would say it’s more painful for the person receiving the goods from Evri or not receiving the goods which is normally the case. Maybe. You offer other options for postage via DPD etc. I for one would choose the latter at extra cost. Anyway I’ve never dealt with you personally, If I were to, at least you’re contactable unlike Evri.       @@acquiesce100 The number is in the video and it does work as I use it all year round but its very hard to get to speak to someone at this time of the year as the phone lines are JAMMED with customers wanting to speak to a human.

    total rubbish as Ive tried now a good 20 times the stupid ROBOT dont understand you when reading out tracking number so no way can you get to speak to a human

      I'm sorry to hear that but it works for us. Try there website chat bot were you enter the number in, might work better.
