Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and low a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
Uncertainty... it took me 5 years to stop trying to predict what bout to happen in market based on charts studying, cause you never know. not having a mentor cost me 5 years of pain I learn to go we’re the market is wanting to go and keep it simple with discipline.

Nvidia is no longer our little secret weapon and most people are aware. So there's going to be some dips to buy it for less.
I will continue us to hold my shares of NVDA for the foreseeable future.

Still holding all shares with diamond hands. Shares can still go down 10-15% but will likely be quickly bought up; I don't plan on adding unless there's closer to a 20%+ correction (unlikely). Healthy for it to take a breather; more concerned if it goes UP every single day. In NVDA for the very long run.
I was getting nervous over the 3% and 4% gains every other day. A little pullback doesn't change the medium term fundamentals of the company.

Jim Cramer told to not be greedy and take profits. Oh well taking profits and paying capital gains taxes on 300% profit takes a a larger bite than today's dip. Take profits, pay takes and then buy again? I'd take profits only in an IRA account.

True, the stock is down, and yes I bought another share Thursday at $140 (ouch!) and yes I missed the opportunity to sell and wait to purchase again later for a lower price. May have another chance to redeem myself later on, if not, will try to catch this “lower” price on my accumulation process… another lesson for a beginner(I’ll call myself that with grace) like myself. ☝🏿

I watch your channel daily. I truly wish you would skip all the notes about how much a stock has been up or down for the past year/month etc. We are all avid followers and know these stats. What we want is your analysis why a stock might be up or down. And the pep talk about being in for the long haul. I always watch news on TSMC as they are the first line of defense about supplies and issues in the Supply Chain. It seems that Jensen sold a good deal of NVDA for the past few weeks (close to 100M$?) and this news broke, sometime this morning.
Jensen holds 80 billion :) if he needs to buy a new Villa, a new private plane and a new Lamborghini, is the poor guy allowed to take some money to enjoy life or not? 😂😂😂
@@derekwillstard3613 Detractors will say that most big billionaire insiders borrow against their stock instead of cashing in, knowing that it will affect the value of an especially volatile stock. But admittedly you cant tell anything from just this one transaction and there arent many insiders selling. Overall my point was more about Jose making these videos with more actual information than padding it with pep talk almost as tho he has to make a video of a certain length, and he missed this important point.

I always give the scenario, if the stock market saw a correction tomorrow which of these would you kick yourself for not doing, and also if the market rallied which would you kick urself for doing ... usually the answer for me is take some gains,
Move 40% into a Dividend oriented position. You'll be making dividends to reinvest and won't be losing money and will have a long term gain. Keep the rest well diversified in tech to balance any loses.

I think some people panicked and sold their shares which could be a mistake and Also an opportunity for others to invest during this dip. Pros & cons bit I still believe this will continue to grow to a higher valuation in the next 3-5 years
