The clash in expectations between JRPG fan Subaru and VN fan Marine.
So, she was like the average jrpg writer.
ah yes umineko and higurashi so classic :^)
船長は恥ずかしがってるけど、こういうmucho textoみたいなのが特徴の作品は今も普通にあるから、別にいいと思うんだけどね。
ただ、学生の時に作っただけあって、かなり文章の内容が浅いのは仕方がない。
Marine loving Umineko, great taste
im sure she learned that with games show trumps tell, always more show then tell unless the dialogue is interactive.
If this is super embarrassing for Marine...
And Marine is a M...
Does this mean she's actually enjoying this?
It's the same as Darkness and Lalatina.
Absolutely 100% yes. She is loving every moment for sure, on multiple levels even.
LMAO
Indeed, lmao
SubMarine combo is nice and this is cringe to the 100% also but still i'm in to it,,,
0:03 *'Hey you, you're finally awake......'*
She may as well have just made a VN then if she was so into long texts.
In Japan, it is believed that women are garbage writers. Thus, women generally become mangaka whereas men lean more heavily toward writers (LN/VN).
I don't think there was an RPG maker equivalent for VNs back then, there were some programmes that simplified the process a bit like one made by Leaf that was used in quite a few new VN developers at the time like Tsukihime by Typemoon but nothing that made it quite as simple as making an RPG maker game
@@projectmessiah Not at all, renpy was a thing way back in the day, tsukihime was made with that. Marine was in highschool around 2010 to 2014, so there totally were tools to do that.
@@devildante9 I thought Marine was in Highschool around the mid 2000s
@@devildante9 Also I just checked just too make sure I wasn't talking out my ass in the original comment but Tsukihime wasn't made in Renpy lol. As I said it was made on N Scripter however on some extra research it is basically an RPG maker equivalent so it would of been simple enough for Marine to use it I imagine.
