INSTRUCTIONS:
PAPER SOAP
Supplies
Liquid soap of any kind
Water soluble paper
Small container
Instructions
On a baking sheet, lay down one sheet of the paper.
Take your soap and place it to the right side of the paper. Using a paint brush, sweep the soap over the sheet leaving ½ inch on the edge so you can pinch the paper.
Flip the paper and repeat step 2.
Dry the sheet until paper is completely dry.
Cut into desired size.
Use for any occasion.

me me me! about almost 10 years ago they sell little pieces of these in a tube shaped glass container. They were really pretty! You can either buy mixed shape and mixed color, or just mixed shape but same color. And they smell fabulous

if you're looking at doing this for travelling or convenience, an alternative is to take solid bars and chop into small bits as they can also be stored in small tins. you can even get solid shampoo bars ect. I do think its a great idea for travelling as the little tins are space saving compared to normal size bottles.

dhea liem I think she meant reducing the waste of soap since you'll use all of it because it's absorbed by a small sheet of paper.
in my opinion, I'd just bring a travel sized bit of everything and have folded paper towels on me. if I did this, I'd need Altoids tin. I hate Altoids
honestly this is probably best for camping.... even if you're traveling, you're most likely gonna find soap wherever there's a sink and/or hand sanitizer somewhere. If you're really concerned with saving time on the go, just bring a mini hand sanitizer because this won't be any more efficient than going to a bathroom and washing your hands. but if you're camping, paper soap is great!

I make blessing bags for the homeless and am excited because having these will free up space in the messenger bags that I hand out the items in. Now there'll be more room for socks/gloves/hats and/or food items.
I just made this yesterday.. works great. But I dried them on my baking racks.. the weight of the soaked paper cut ripping when I tried hang drying.. You get the same amount of lather that you would get from that same soap you use. I made it for easy TSA travel.. and public bathrooms.

you could also just grate the soap and put it in a tin, (if its not like watery like detergent), but, this comes in pre portioned and is much prettier

it dissolves. That's why it's called water soluble paper.

It dissolves. But only if you are using water soluble paper if you are using regular paper (like i did) then it Won't dissolve and wouldn't kill the germs
i got this paper soap few years ago from purchasing women's stuff..honestly,it does help a lot especially when I'm traveling and have no soap to use to clean up my hand. this thing come in handy..😆😆😆😆

Lol, this is pretty common in India. The handwashing soap can be found in most shops and is cheaper to buy a tiny postit size bundle than to make one yourself.
