@@alex_playzbear20713 well, the common etiquette during any other type of formal performance is to be quiet and respectful to the performer/group until it’s over. you can be as excited as you want _afterwards_ , as that is when its appropriate to applaud or give a standing ovation :D

We NEED an album that's just called "Stephanie's Fabulous Return" or just "Stephanie", something like that would be ground breaking and astonishing to see. I LOVE Gaga so much, but her being herself is also very much appreciated. It would honestly create a surge that is very needed in the musical landscape in general. Just have big artists be themselves again, as well as newer artists also being themselves.

an album with just the vibes of "Stefani" and her being herself has already been made and it's called 'Joanne'. It received a lot of hate(it still does) and she lost a lot of fans because of it. But she also gained a new group of fans as well. Albums like:
      Cheek to Cheek(jazz)
      Joanne(country,folk,pop,rock)
      A Star Is Born(soundtrack)
      Love for Sale(jazz)
really captures Stefani's voice, many people and fans choose not to give those projects attention.

Because kids going into music are not encouraged to sing like this anymore and it pretty much ruins their voice. They don't exercise it. Singing is like a muscle. You have to keep singing and have good habits. So they pretty much have to rely on autotune. It's pretty screwed up.
Even trained singers don't sing like they used to because it's not "on trend". So for those who can hit those ranges, they're not encouraged to sing. And it ruins their voices.
It would be really nice if you just shut up.

@@naelyneurkopfen9741 Incorrect. Opera singers learn how to project their voices to the back of large auditoriums, over an entire live orchestra, all while singing the most difficult pieces imaginable (with no microphones). Sure, certain voice types lend themselves to doing this more easily, but there is a *lot* of technique involved in projecting one's voice in that manner (technique which, btw, Gaga was not using in this video). It's far more than just "belting."

Reminds me of a story from an audience member who went to see Ethel Merman perform late in her career, and they were only a little surprised to see the cast would be using mics because she was getting on in years and surely needed the extra boost. It turned out the mics were for the rest of the cast because none of them could match her volume.
