Great video Andrew. I really hope Christian UA-cam turns a corner soon where it stops being so much about controversy and more about following Jesus. I know it probably won't happen, but I sure hope it does!
Thanks Jon! It is so frustrating, people do it all the time and it’s just the worst. It makes us look no different from people who don’t know Jesus, yet we’re all supposed to be united in Christ! Worst. But we can hope and pray and maybe speak against it, hopefully reach some people that way
I'm proud to do the important work of heresy hunting, and will continue to show them no grace or understanding. Can't wait until another wolf slips up and reveals themselves
I think he’s right. Google the Johannine comma. The only direct reference to the trinity wasn’t added to the Bible until around 700AD, after secular authorities deemed the trinitarian dogma to be the only non- heretical form of worshipping Christ. Before the Council of Theodosius the first in 395, and before the Johannine comma was added to the Bible, the most direct interpretation of the Gospel was that of the dual nature of Christ, and did not involve the deification of the vaguely defined holy spirit. Of course this is from a historical perspective, so your faith may demand that you believe otherwise.
@@hipstertrudy3658 lol I’m just going to leave that first comment as it is, don’t want to be accused of being anti-Trinity, on this video especially… But yes, I do affirm the creeds etc and believe in the Trinity.
I deny the trinity too. No trinity exists, the trinity is just a CONVENTIONAL (i.e. false) doctrine issued by two CONVENTIONS of the fourth century. It's directly DEBUNKED by Jesus, who is the directly concerned Witness-Person. Contrary to the doctrine, He reiterates dozens of times to be ONLY WITH THE FATHER, never with the Father AND the Holy Spirit! Thus, Jesus REVEALS that God is only made by the Son and the Father with Him. Unfortunately it happened that due to a misunderstanding of the gospels, one person too many was INVENTED by the bishops of the Conventions. You know that the Father who is inside Jesus IS A SPIRIT (no doubt, see Jn. 4:23,24). Thus, according to the trinity doctrine TWO SPIRITS - the "Holy Spirit" and "Father (who is a spirit)" would be inside Jesus! But that is not true, they are just two EQUIVALENT NAMES for the same ONE SPIRIT who is inside Jesus. That Spirit is either called "Holy Spirit" or "Holy Father" by Jesus. They are just TWO NAMES, not TWO PERSONS! The SAME SPIRIT - the Father - led Jesus into the desert and later also helped Him when speaking. In a sermon Jesus talks about the TWO blasphemies against Himself and against the Father (i.e. the Holy Spirit), no third blasphemy exists because no third person exists. The Father who is a spirit comes from the Father who is NOT a spirit. The world NEVER knew Him.
@@AllThingsTheology The trinity is a false doctrine: Jesus is NEVER with TWO divine persons! Jesus is only with ONE divine Person: THE FATHER! The Father with Jesus is A SPIRIT. That SPIRIT is called "HOLY SPIRIT" by Jesus.

Well that's about as unambiguous as you can get lol. Obviously I think you're wrong, but points for clarity
