Just wanted to say how awesome your channel is!!! Am not a big social media person let alone comment on anything. But I had to let you know that being Mexican and not knowing how to cook, your channel makes it easier. I call my mom for recipes but she talks to me as if am a cook and you know she doesn’t use measurements. Many of your recipes are like hers so it makes it easy. I’ve tried other channels but your channel is easy to follow, short and they taste just like my moms cooking. Just wanted to say great job! We need more Mexicans/ Mexican Americans doing great on UA-cam!!!
I didn't understand why everyone was making a big deal about instant pots but got one to help me make chicken for my hubbys lunches. I love mine so much now that I'm shopping for another one because then I can cook multiple amazing things at the same time! Give yourself time to figure it out and you'll love it! And, amazon has great accessories that make using it even better. You can stack things in other pots inside and make your rice and meat at the same time or other things like that!

You have convinced me that I need an Instant Pot to go along with my Ninja Cooking System machines because your recipes have made me so hungry. Mexican food preparation is labor intensive but the results are a gastronomic home run. So maybe today I will buy my Instant Pot and the ingredients to make the frijoles de olla, then refry them to put on my Nachos de Chile Verde, using your recipes!
