Alice Hobbs I remember the first time she met belle and the beast and they asked her to walk with them and she said no but then she went on the carousel with them that same day and she fell in love with the beast and belle. It’s sad that the beast isn’t out anymore but I hope that one day they will get to see him again because that was the moment that she really started meeting characters was because of that one interaction

I've also been watching these like 6 at a time. And while the cynical tend to think that amusement park employees are disgruntled laborers, hired because they have a pulse and don't have criminal records, and who feign niceness while secretly hating the guests, that's *really* not the case with Disney. More than one Disney worker has talked about this; to be one of the Disneyland or Disneyworld characters you have to *really* want to be there. There's a ton of people who want to and it's a really long and hard process to get there.
And of course, in these videos you can clearly tell Belle- and Merida, Else, Peter Pan and the rest - love being around Malia. You just can't fake that enthusiasm. I imagine they've talked backstage about how much they like hanging around her and maybe even fight over who gets to hang out with her.
