2:44 - There actually is a good reason to watch content at 120Hz over 60Hz: To avoid 2:3 pulldown. Most TV shows and movies are shot at 24 fps, and if you use 120Hz, it shows the same frame 5 times but in effect, it’ll actually playback at the proper 24fps. 60Hz, require 2:3 pulldown. Done well, you might not notice anything but sometimes it leads to judder.
I love the Viture Pro because I need the myopia adjustment. I'm waiting for 1440p before I get another pair. 1080p looks so good, when these move to 1440p or 4K I'll probably never take them off.
All the parts of Vision Pro that people want, but 1/10th the size and weight and significantly cheaper. Remind me why anyone would want the Vision Pro again?
I got the latest x real with their phone. Very good but I would have liked a bigger screen and immersive. I may be wrong but the Quest 3 impressed me as far as the screen for movies, but i didn't like the weight. So I wonder if the neo screen is bigger or better than the xreal or how they compare even with the Quest 🤔
As always, another great review Matt, thanks. Those glasses are very tempting BUT do you know how suitable they are for those of us that are highly susceptible to motion sickness?
Thanks Bryan! You might have some motion blur if you're using it for productgivity since your constantly moving your head around but for watching content you'll be fine
I got these, as well as the Viture XR Pro & i have to say, the RayNeo Air 2S is better, although I do like the marshmallow color of the Vitures. Side note, the RayNeo Pocket TV works with the Vitures, without any kind of watermark, or anything & I'm pretty sure it's the same with any other XR glasses.
how is the display? I think looking at my 1080p LCD phone screen is sharper than these oled screen in the Rayneo Air2S.. am I right? Based on your experience, does your phone's resolution appear much sharper than the screen of these glasses?
@@victor9 well my TV is my computer monitor. It was significantly cheaper than a 43in 4k monitor at only $189. It's been more than good enough up until I saw my friends $800 48in oled 144hz monitor and that's been tempting me 🤣
The Galaxy S24 Ultra Dex Mode is the best to use, and you can turn the display off and use only the glasses. I play Retro Games, XBOX Gamepass, or watching 3D Movies!
Yes! its very clear and readable. But for work it might not be as fun since the screen moves where you look. Its much better suited for watching content and playing games.
Is there an ankle mode or fluid mode for the screen or it just projected on the screen and when you move your head the screen moves with you? I’m looking for the experience that the xreal pro 2 have with the beam pro as well.
Hands down the best way to view content when travelling. What do you guys think?
It's so good I'll wait for next year's model
😂😂😂
Underrated comment
@@ap_greed oh wow you really got me. OK Elon

You forget to mention how they work with Samsung Dex. Pro tip: make your wallpaper black so it looks transparent on the glasses

Wow, any disadvantages?
I hooked mine up yo my Galaxy 24 Ultra and my PS5 controller. Playing PS2 games on the go like this is wonderful lol

The quest 3 is great. I love their UA-cam app. Doing theater mode and making the screen huge is awesome
Yeah quest 3 weight is a bummer but we are so close to more comfortable fit.
when are we going to have a completely wireless ar glasses?
Where can I prescription lenses for this glasses? I mean online

That's actually good to know about the pocket tv.

Does this work with people with myopia?
Thats a great question! Im not sure. Ill have to ask
I really want to try some ar glasses but I also need a new TV soon 😅 I don't think I can justify the $300+ price for the glasses.
I'm the opposite I'm selling my TV, I hardly use it, so was thinking getting a tablet or these 😅

You should try the Viture XR Pro glasses - they have myopia adjustments for those that wear glasses / contacts which is pretty sweet.
I’ll check them out!

Does it have Smooth Follow like Xreal's Beam hardware though?
anyone know where someone can test these out and see how they actually are in real life?
No lags at all while gaming?
None. I have these, it's just like using a monitor.
@NarangetonMarze cheers
What about productivity? Are text clear and readable ?
Yes! its very clear and readable. But for work it might not be as fun since the screen moves where you look. Its much better suited for watching content and playing games.
@@MatthewMoniz You can't adjust to have the screen hold in one place?
I picked up the Viture XR Pro , screen is amazing for my first time trying these xr glasses ❤
Matthew, great video as always. Do you prefer over Vreal?
I find these it my face better and having the extra screen real estate at 201 inches makes a difference
Samsung phones with dex can keep main screen off as well
Thats great to know
Looks nice!
Bro Techno got a gaming pc inside a controller with AR glasses connected to it.
Is this better or viture pro ?!for watching movies for long periods of time?

No unfortunately you can't anchor it. It moves where you move.
i have question. when i use for iPhone, where connect my airpod pro? glasses? or iPhone? glasses can support bluetooth?
Content is still coming from your iPhone. So if you connect AirPods the audio will automatically switch from glasses to your AirPods
@@MatthewMonizThanks!
Hi, what’s the resolution support?
1080p
Will it show DeX for S24 Ultra?
Yes
Can you connect PS5 to these?
I talk about it in the video
@@MatthewMoniz thank you 🤣 turns out I commented too early. Great content as always 🥂
Looks cool but is not a device I would use.
If you travel a lot you’d love it
It's cool but lacking stand-alone 3dof
AR glasses that can not be used as AR glasses? makes no sense...
😮😮😮 4:24
Bro how tf you mentioned MSi Claw which is all time trash piece of tech and didn't mention Legion Go?
Who cares the point is it works for gaming handhelds
When I travel or commute I do instead weird things like reading a book.
I read too! But on planes i'm like a toddler and I find if I read to long I fall asleep. I need to mix it up.
First also nice
why no app for android?
There's an Android app as well.
Its not ar its a portable screen
