This is a Universe eg an AU, either that never happened or the second thing that happened is what I think happened is Integrity's soul somehow Decided to use Kanako as a pawn to commit genocide, What she did pasifist but failed. It Is kind of like how Chara Tried to get Asrial to kill the humans. This occurred due to flowey resetting so many times that clover when he fell died so Kanako also absorbed his soul and somehow unamalgamated herself.
