Hi Thomas! We wish to confirm that all ADUs does have a ventilation system. It also comes with an exhaust fan and an air duct to keep air fresh and circulating. Can you make a video to show how heating and cooling really work? I understand that you must buy portable units and put them in the closet. How is that working? There is just a tiny glimpse here. yes. paid ad. my neighbor has one. the pod has no insulation. when it's 95 degrees outside, the pod is 105 with a 6000 BTU AC running full. The glass is not dual pane. It's a greenhouse.
