would be nice if houses are constructed in small pieces like that....so there will be no need for heavy equipment if installing at the backyard

Can you make a video to show how heating and cooling really work? I understand that you must buy portable units and put them in the closet. How is that working? There is just a tiny glimpse here.

This looks really great, and something I would be very interested in! How does the ventilation work? I know some people with tiny houses and high humidity is always an issue. Seems like this comes with a ventilator?
Hi Thomas! We wish to confirm that all ADUs does have a ventilation system. It also comes with an exhaust fan and an air duct to keep air fresh and circulating.

I can't believe someone paid $ 20,000 for this. with $ 20,000 you can build a bigger office and better structural.

yes. paid ad. my neighbor has one. the pod has no insulation. when it's 95 degrees outside, the pod is 105 with a 6000 BTU AC running full. The glass is not dual pane. It's a greenhouse.
