And I am so glad I did because for a while I thought I was going crazy because everybody around me thinks I'm kind of crazy including my family. You have made me feel sane again. Now I know I'm not the only one that thinks like this. You are truly blessed and because you give truth in the way you do I feel you will never want anything and not have it. The Sabbath day is only on the seventh day which falls on a Saturday, hence Sabbath day. If the Sabbath day started in the evening wouldn't it be called sabbath day and night? TMH distinguishes what a day is and what night is. Pls read. "And God called the light, day and the darkness he called night: and the evening and the morning were the first day." Genesis 1:5 If the sabbath day started from Fri evening to Saturday evening wouldn't it be called Sabbath day and night? Here's more proof the sabbath day is just from Saturday morning until evening which falls on the 7th day. And they gathered it every morning, every man according to his eating: and when the sun waxed hot, it melted. And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for one man: and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.And he said unto them, This is that which the Lord hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the Lord: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning. -Exodus 16 21:23 In this description on the 6th day Israel gathered bread. Why would Moses say tomorrow is the rest of the Sabbath. Tomorrow from the 6th day is the 7th day. And in Genesis TMH calls the light day not the darkness. A day is from morning to evening then its night. Also, why would Moses tell them to keep what they have baked until the morning? If the sabbath starts at Friday evening wouldn't he say keep what they have baked until the evening instead. But theres more... Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. -John 11:9 In this exerpt Jesus clearly explains that there are only 12 hours in a day, why? Because the light marks the day. In antiquity a day was separate from night and not the way we see 24 hrs day in this paradigm. Having a sabbath thats starts in Friday evening would mean its sabbath night and day. Theres more... And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught. -Mark 1:21 On the sabbath day Israelites went in to the synagogue for worship. Now what happened at evening? Lets see... King James Version And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.And all the city was gathered together at the door. - Mark 1 32:33 During the sabbath why would the whole city be gathered at the door? During the sabbath day which was the morning to evening Israelites went to the synagogue or stayed put in the homes. They were all gathered at the door at evening because that marked the end of the day, hence the sabbath day. Also, Jesus started healing at evening, why? Because the evening marked the end of the day. As repeatedly mentioned a day is when there is light outside not darkness hence a day is from Morning to evening, not evening to evening.
It's funny how ppl try to explain what's already stated. Sabbath starts Friday at midnight or Saturday morning at 12:00 am until 11:59pm Saturday! Hope that's simple enough for you.
Last week, I celebrated the Sabbath for the 1st time, and this week, I received several blessings. I WILL NOT turn my back on God, for the world no more. Just have faith, and all things will be fulfilled.
Getting baptized in the name of Christ is an important step 🙏 I did in May 2022 at 24 years old. It is like making a promise to God that if you follow God's commandments he will be present with you right when you call. It comes with more responsibility you have to be ready for spiritual warfare. Btw I I do not attend church regularly but I went for about 3 months consistently and built a good relationship with the church goers before informing them that I didnt wish to continue attending church at this time. I was raised to keep the Sabbath from birth. God brought my great-grandmother into the Commandments and keeping his Sabbath and she passed it down to her heirs.
I wasn’t going to participate in the sabbath today because I had a lot of errands to catch up on but God reminded me that if I put him first I can never be behind on anything

Please study your bible properly and don't simply and blindly follow as the Sabbath command was never, never given to the Gentiles period. I work at a bakery factory and they told me sat was mandatory and I refused to work and they said I wouldn't be working here long lol I know Yahweh will provide even if I lose my job Yah will elevate me to the high places and Yah always comes First. Facts, that's why I don't like certain jobs. No matter what you tell them they will not listen. I remember way back when I worked for Walmart(when I wasn't really in the truth yet) I told the boss I needed off on Sundays cause I have to walk to work and they told me they can't change my schedule and I should come up with a better excuse. So I literally stopped going on Sunday haha and I got fired. But yeah it's pretty easy to get a job in my eyes. And there are jobs that will be respectful and understand that you need that day off. Just like they you are replaceable so are bosses and jobs... Aptmh
Then you can choose not to work there and find a place of employment that is more accommodating to your beliefs or is only Mon - Fri. I worked in retail for years and weekends were required because those are the busiest shopping days of the week since most people work a Mon - Fri job. Not everyone has that luxury. Thankfully, I have a Mon - Fri job now but even if i didnt, it's my choice on whether to work there or not and God knows your heart at the end of the day.
My brother started honoring the Sabbath years ago. Sabbath is the day he made the most money. He started honoring it and Yah blessed him so much, he made more money that year than any other year in his life. Blessings were overflowing.

@@marierohde7347 To me it seems that Paul is not talking about the Gentiles who practiced commandments with love and joy alongside the Jews believers but warning about those (probably Pharisees who claimed to have believed in Jesus) who were instructing the works of the law (humam additions to the Torah) and teaching that the Gentiles should keep all the commandments to obtain salvation. I enjoyed your concise and very inclusive video on the sabbath. So personally as a Christian I keep the sabbath day in fact my entire church but not SDA is sabbath honoring. However I am in a marriage where my wife doesn't keep the sabbath day. She professes to be a christian was baptized and believes thst Jesus is her savior but typically does not attend church regularly perhaps occasionally by you tube livestream service 1st day of the week. So am I truly respecting and keeping the sabbath myself if my wife who is my one flesh said she's a Christian and doesn't keep it. Doest that violate the fourth commandment. As you mentioned the fourth commandment says even you're maid servants' oxen, and your guess must keep it with you. However it doesn't say your spouse must keep it with you. So I conclude 1of 2 things either because the 2 are 1 flesh in marriage according to Genesis that the man sanctifies the situation with his obedience. I am not approving of her not keeping this sabbath but she has no conviction so I'm not judging her either. So am I truly in a situation where the sabbath is being honored through my obedience to the sabbath day even though my family including Christian relatives that come visiting periodically don't keep the sabbath either with me.Hoever as you mentioned, grace is covering us if we're not doing anything willfully wrong and I believe grace is covering me in this situation. A while back when I worked at a theatre I made sure to let them know I can't work Friday sundown to Saturday's. In being that honest and faithful to God, He blessed me with the job 🙌🏽

It was my first actual practice Sabbath day on Saturday, I ate very little and I did not buy so from Friday Sundown to Saturday sundown. Moving forward I am going to start fasting, it is essential to crucify (Deny) the flesh to gain the spirit.
The Lord has recently brought it to my attention that I’m not keeping ALL the commandments because I have not been observing the sabbath day. I’ve never acknowledged the importance. I never saw anything wrong with buying what I needed or attempting to make money on the sabbath. BUT the last few weeks it’s been heavy on my mind and I’ve been reading more about it and trying to better understand what I’m supposed to do and why. Then out the blue here comes Mark with this trumpet sounding video! It spoke directly to me. I understand what I have to do and I understand why. I can no longer make excuses going forward, because the truth has been revealed to me. All praises to the MOST HIGH GOD for continuing to guide me in the right direction! And revealing to me where I am still disobedient. And always a big thank you to Marc for preaching the truth without fear or shame!
My new year's resolutions for 2023 all involve obeying God, studying and knowing His word, fellowship, fasting, etc., basically getting on the narrow path and bringing others with me. Long Live King Jesus! Hallelujah!
Yep, God chastised me about the Sabbath years back. He was displeased after a day of shopping. He led me to the end of Nehemiah to show me how He felt. The gates were closed Fri night & the merchants were chased away. No trading. Of course, this was hard for me working as a nurse. But I don't shop or do worldly things on the Sabbath.
I work on Saturdays and I wish I didn't have to. I have went back and forth with this for a while now and spoke with believers about it and have been reassured that if I am keeping at least one day a week for the Lord then I am observing the sabbath. I don't know how I feel about that though. I will continue to pray about it and pray that the lord will make a way for me to observe Saturdays as the sabbath.
God knows your heart! Everyone does not have the luxury of being off on weekends. I worked weekends (not every weekend but was required to have the availability) for many years when I was in retail. Now God has blessed me to be in a Mon - Fri job. Pray about it.
Bran, don't be afraid to ask Jesus for a miracle for you. Tell Him you wish to be obedient and please Him , and you wish Him to just make it clear what you must do. Sometimes you are kept longer someplace especially to witness. Jesus can do miracles to work out anything! He loves you.
I let my job know that I'm not working Saturday because of religious beliefs. They said okay. Don't be afraid to ask, you never know. They may allow an arrangement that will allow you to take Saturday off.

I'm the only worker with the clients and they follow western Christianity (which I used to follow as well until I started becoming aware). I read the scriptures and try to observe the days. Please
I am praying for some wise counsel about my current situation. The Father showed me His sabbath about a year ago and it has been a blessing to me! The problem is that next weekend my daughter from out of town is traveling here on business and has asked me to dine out with her and her husband on Friday evening. I told her I don't feel that it is the right thing for me to do since He has showed me to honor His Sabbath and I gave options, like meeting earlier or having them come my home for dinner. She has accused me of missing the point of the Sabbath and getting it all wrong. I have prayed about it and don't feel that the Father would have us only keep His sabbath IF it's convenient. Does anyone have a word of wisdom? I am praying about this as well and trust that the Father will provide an answer.
Hi Marc, I'm Danielle. I was way different and in the world for 21 years and now I'm one year in from Jesus literally coming to me and handing me a second life. I'm ALL IN if you know what I mean. My sole goal is to make it home to my God and to make him happy and pleased on my journey!!! This was amazing! Facts backed up by the True Living Word. One chapter verse I was already reading was Isaiah 58:13. While cleaning something fell right that page and verse which led me here. God's Grace is Amazing. Blessings on this Sabbath my brother.
I had a friend of my fathers tell me that “God doesn’t care which day of the week you celebrate the Sabbath as long as you keep one day holy.” And something else about how there is no way to tell which day of the week is actually the 7th day as the calendar has changed over all the years etc etc.. I don’t know how to respond to that. I did tell him that this past weekend for the first time once i learned to celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday and not Sunday. We will went to church on Sunday morning a normally, but aware of it just being fellowship and Bible study, but not the Sabbath. We had such a peace and wonderful day and weekend in a very powerful way we never had had before. I KNOW THAT MEANS SOMETHING!! I also believe there is something spiritual and powerful of Gods children resting and observing the Sabbath together on the SAME DAY. I feel it in my spirit. If anyone could give me more advice in regards to him about the technical days of the week. TIA.
The sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath. This is one of the greatest blessings we have received, a set day off from all labor to rest our body so we do not run ourselves into the ground. A motor cannot run 24/7, 365 without wearing down, and neither can we. A weary, tired body is weak in spiritual defences, and is easily influenced. I find it hard to force a day off sometimes, myself, but the bounce back the next day is full of energy, focus, and determination. Thank you my God.

Shalom, we have celebrated Sabbath only Saturday and the best we could because of scheduling and we are not in our true home. So we had roadblocks. I wish before my fiancé left earth we was able to adhere to it in the proper way. This evening I'm preparing to keep it fully from sundown to sundown.

The Sabbath day is only on the seventh day which falls on a Saturday, hence Sabbath day. If the Sabbath day started in the evening wouldn't it be called sabbath day and night? TMH distinguishes what a day is and what night is. Pls read.

In this description on the 6th day Israel gathered bread. Why would Moses say tomorrow is the rest of the Sabbath. Tomorrow from the 6th day is the 7th day. And in Genesis TMH calls the light day not the darkness. A day is from morning to evening then its night. Also, why would Moses tell them to keep what they have baked until the morning? If the sabbath starts at Friday evening wouldn't he say keep what they have baked until the evening instead. But theres more...

During the sabbath why would the whole city be gathered at the door? During the sabbath day which was the morning to evening Israelites went to the synagogue or stayed put in the homes. They were all gathered at the door at evening because that marked the end of the day, hence the sabbath day. Also, Jesus started healing at evening, why? Because the evening marked the end of the day. As repeatedly mentioned a day is when there is light outside not darkness hence a day is from Morning to evening, not evening to evening.

Getting baptized in the name of Christ is an important step 🙏 I did in May 2022 at 24 years old. It is like making a promise to God that if you follow God's commandments he will be present with you right when you call. It comes with more responsibility you have to be ready for spiritual warfare. Btw I I do not attend church regularly but I went for about 3 months consistently and built a good relationship with the church goers before informing them that I didnt wish to continue attending church at this time.

Facts, that's why I don't like certain jobs. No matter what you tell them they will not listen. I remember way back when I worked for Walmart(when I wasn't really in the truth yet) I told the boss I needed off on Sundays cause I have to walk to work and they told me they can't change my schedule and I should come up with a better excuse. So I literally stopped going on Sunday haha and I got fired. But yeah it's pretty easy to get a job in my eyes. And there are jobs that will be respectful and understand that you need that day off. Just like they you are replaceable so are bosses and jobs... Aptmh
Then you can choose not to work there and find a place of employment that is more accommodating to your beliefs or is only Mon - Fri. I worked in retail for years and weekends were required because those are the busiest shopping days of the week since most people work a Mon - Fri job. Not everyone has that luxury. Thankfully, I have a Mon - Fri job now but even if i didnt, it's my choice on whether to work there or not and God knows your heart at the end of the day.

should keep all the commandments to obtain salvation. These Pharisees instructions are obviously demonic because they teach against the sufficiency of Jesus.

I have always felt this in my spirit- why was Saturday so busy...it's literally the busiest day of the week (for personal pleasure/gain).
I enjoyed your concise and very inclusive video on the sabbath. So personally as a Christian I keep the sabbath day in fact my entire church but not SDA is sabbath honoring. However I am in a marriage where my wife doesn't keep the sabbath day. She professes to be a christian was baptized and believes thst Jesus is her savior but typically does not attend church regularly perhaps occasionally by you tube livestream service 1st day of the week. So am I truly respecting and keeping the sabbath myself if my wife who is my one flesh said she's a Christian and doesn't keep it. Doest that violate the fourth commandment. As you mentioned the fourth commandment says even you're maid servants' oxen, and your guess must keep it with you. However it doesn't say your spouse must keep it with you. So I conclude 1of 2 things either because the 2 are 1 flesh in marriage according to Genesis that the man sanctifies the situation with his obedience. I am not approving of her not keeping this sabbath but she has no conviction so I'm not judging her either. So am I truly in a situation where the sabbath is being honored through my obedience to the sabbath day even though my family including Christian relatives that come visiting periodically don't keep the sabbath either with me.Hoever as you mentioned, grace is covering us if we're not doing anything willfully wrong and I believe grace is covering me in this situation. The Lord has recently brought it to my attention that I’m not keeping ALL the commandments because I have not been observing the sabbath day. I’ve never acknowledged the importance. I never saw anything wrong with buying what I needed or attempting to make money on the sabbath. BUT the last few weeks it’s been heavy on my mind and I’ve been reading more about it and trying to better understand what I’m supposed to do and why. Then out the blue here comes Mark with this trumpet sounding video! It spoke directly to me. I understand what I have to do and I understand why. Yep, God chastised me about the Sabbath years back. He was displeased after a day of shopping. He led me to the end of Nehemiah to show me how He felt. The gates were closed Fri night & the merchants were chased away. No trading.
Of course, this was hard for me working as a nurse. But I don't shop or do worldly things on the Sabbath.

I work on Saturdays and I wish I didn't have to. I have went back and forth with this for a while now and spoke with believers about it and have been reassured that if I am keeping at least one day a week for the Lord then I am observing the sabbath. I don't know how I feel about that though. I will continue to pray about it and pray that the lord will make a way for me to observe Saturdays as the sabbath.
God knows your heart! Everyone does not have the luxury of being off on weekends. I worked weekends (not every weekend but was required to have the availability) for many years when I was in retail. Now God has blessed me to be in a Mon - Fri job. Pray about it.
Bran, don't be afraid to ask Jesus for a miracle for you. Tell Him you wish to be obedient and please Him , and you wish Him to just make it clear what you must do. Sometimes you are kept longer someplace especially to witness. Jesus can do miracles to work out anything! He loves you.

I let my job know that I'm not working Saturday because of religious beliefs. They said okay. Don't be afraid to ask, you never know. They may allow an arrangement that will allow you to take Saturday off.

Please I work a live-in job with the disabled and it's 7 days a week. I'm the only worker with the clients and they follow western Christianity (which I used to follow as well until I started becoming aware). I read the scriptures and try to observe the days. Please
I am praying for some wise counsel about my current situation. The Father showed me His sabbath about a year ago and it has been a blessing to me! The problem is that next weekend my daughter from out of town is traveling here on business and has asked me to dine out with her and her husband on Friday evening. I told her I don't feel that it is the right thing for me to do since He has showed me to honor His Sabbath and I gave options, like meeting earlier or having them come my home for dinner. She has accused me of missing the point of the Sabbath and getting it all wrong. I have prayed about it and don't feel that the Father would have us only keep His sabbath IF it's convenient. Does anyone have a word of wisdom? I am praying about this as well and trust that the Father will provide an answer.

I am a SDA and I have been struggling. I stumbled upon your video for the first time a few days ago. Thank you for this reminder.
I had a friend of my fathers tell me that “God doesn’t care which day of the week you celebrate the Sabbath as long as you keep one day holy.” And something else about how there is no way to tell which day of the week is actually the 7th day as the calendar has changed over all the years etc etc..
I don’t know how to respond to that. I did tell him that this past weekend for the first time once i learned to celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday and not Sunday.
We will went to church on Sunday morning a normally, but aware of it just being fellowship and Bible study, but not the Sabbath. We had such a peace and wonderful day and weekend in a very powerful way we never had had before. I KNOW THAT MEANS SOMETHING!! I also believe there is something spiritual and powerful of Gods children resting and observing the Sabbath together on the SAME DAY. I feel it in my spirit. If anyone could give me more advice in regards to him about the technical days of the week. TIA.

The sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath.
This is one of the greatest blessings we have received, a set day off from all labor to rest our body so we do not run ourselves into the ground.
A motor cannot run 24/7, 365 without wearing down, and neither can we.
A weary, tired body is weak in spiritual defences, and is easily influenced.
I find it hard to force a day off sometimes, myself, but the bounce back the next day is full of energy, focus, and determination.

Shalom, we have celebrated Sabbath only Saturday and the best we could because of scheduling and we are not in our true home. So we had roadblocks. I wish before my fiancé left earth we was able to adhere to it in the proper way. This evening I'm preparing to keep it fully from sundown to sundown.
