Foiyeng-according to my cousin Is a process done early in morning of the wedding the elders go outside the yard to speak to the ancestors to let them know about the wedding happening and ask for Blessings they normally present maize meal alcohol and other stuff to the ancestors then after they come back into the yard celebrate then teach the bride and groom about the ins and outs of marriage
