I have seen both a 1KG and a rare 2KG Britannia (expensive) and also a 10KG Perth Mint Year of the Rabbit (they only make 100 a year) which is like a dinner plate size and very expensive. I have also seen a 2LB Eagle.
I have that exact kilo kookaburra that's in a capsule. one of my favorites. i also have a 10 oz kook as well. really nice coins.
Completely agree. It's one of the favorite coins at the office. Give us a call for your next metal purchase, maybe we can beat the prices of your current provider. 1-800-982-6105. Cheers
I definitely have a soft spot for the 10oz coin - I don’t think there is any additional value for the monarch other than the fact that this makes it Government backed, what value that gives a coin in 10 years no one knows 😃 👍
all Britannia coins (gold, silver or platinum) have a value on them. in the UK they are legal tender and as such capital gains tax exempt. even the old sovereigns have a value of 1 pound :)
All precious metals coins produced by a government will carry a face value. This is what separates them from a generic round produced by a private mint.
I'd never buy one because the premiums are too high, i prefer regular bullion.
The beautiful thing is there's silver for every type of person.
They have never done this before?????????
They have, however what's unique about the kilo coin, is that it's not as common as a 1 oz coin. So it's very cool to see, touch, and own.
How much you selling those KILOS for home boy
