sir agar kisi student pr fir hogya ho to kya wo judciary ka exam dene k liye eligible hosakta hai ?
No black list m ajaata h wo
I don't doubt their knowledge.. but they don't have the courage to do what's right... they refrain from doing whats required to be done.. i have seen their work practically.. i know where the are placed. But it seems like they have not gotten out of the student life mentality.. being a judge means doing what's right
Its so much more than qualifying exam.. these new judges dont even know how to dictate an order. And its the person who is in need who has to suffer because of their lack of courage.. i dont know if its the judicial academy who is to be blamed for their lack of courage or whether it is a result of their own incapacity. I have had the chance to witness fearless judges who are aimed at doing whats right and carry guts to do so and are willing to learn and understand from other. These new judges do not justify the term judge in its true sense. They are only qualified judged but are not qualified to be a judge and do justice as of now. Maybe they will learn and try to be better rather than limiting themselves to 4 more judgments per topics for writing exams...
Yeh kya ad suna hai, abhi naa jao chor kar abhi dil nahi bhara hai!
Online course lea tha ky apne ??

@@lostsouls9584 abe joker maine uski apperance pe koi comment nhi kiya...maine to uski maturity aur nature k baare me baat ki hai...they are too young to be judges...jo jich samay aapko sikha sakta hai jo aap legal feild me with practice and passage of time k sath sikh sakte hai wo aap so called training se nhi seekh sakte...chahe jitni marji baate bana lo...aur rahi baat appearance ki to inki appearance me koi kami mujhe nhi lagi...mere kuch hoga ya nhi is baat ki tnsn aap na le...
Bhai 1 saal training bhi karwate hai, this is her space to be outspoken and be as candid as she can. That doesn't mean she doesn't have any depth in her. Stop passing judgements like this, she has worked hard to be here and even if she will be making some mistakes, she has shown that she has the ability to learn and grow.
Firstly sir, Jyoti madam has secured the first rank all over India after going through a rigorous process of three rounds. She will be a civil judge in Himachal Pradesh, so speaking with respect and a congratulation message shouldn’t be too much to expect from you.
Coming to your comments of her being “new” and “chulbuli” and whether she will be able to justice to people or not, I guess thats not your job to decide or worry about, there was a panel of “experienced” professionals who took her interview and saw potential in her and thus decided to go ahead with her.
And by your judgement of calling her “chulbuli” only because she is an outspoken and jolly natured person is probably the reason why you are here in comment section and she is there giving the interview with Rahul sir.
And lastly your justification is flawed too.
You are talking about her maturity and nature, which is again tested well throughout the examination and interview process. You don’t know what she has went through and at what all stages has she showcased maturity to be at the stage where she is.
And your argument is valid that legal experience helps you a lot but again my friend, you are missing out on a very large point. When you are already practising for a very long time (and this goes for all professions) you build some notions in your mind, you have process and your definitions of right and wrong are set. No training can help you unlearn all that and that is the very reason that examinations like IAS and Judiciary exist just after Graduation. So that you can groom the best candidates into becoming the best IAS officers and Judges of our country.
So aap Jyoti ma’am ki tension naa lo, she will do wonders. Congratulate her and move ahead in life drawing something positive out of the interview to take back in your life rather than trying to find flaws.
😂😂😂😂
