  • Hello everyone...today's amazing fish is the Pajama Cardinal; the second saltwater fish to be added to the series! These fish are amazing marine fish that are great for the beginner marine aquarist being very hardy and beautiful!     Their pattern & colors are beautiful. I had 2 but decided to trade the smaller one because it was getting bullied since day 1. I wanted a different fish but didn't want to increase the bioload, so I kept the bully to match the aggressiveness of the new gold & blue damsel.

    Nice vid... I didn't have much luck keeping them. Had a damsel that tortured them to death... Damn damsel is impossible to catch so I can only add fish he allows lol.. Tank lookin clean man no algae anywhere! 👍🏾

    I've always wanted one but I hear they prefer being in groups and I just can't bring myself to spending $15 per fish

      They are great fish and while they do prefer schools I've seen them kept solo or in pairs like mine!

      its Rp. 15.000 in my town (jakarta), means around $1.2 in dollar (for bangai cardinal fish) and Rp 5.000 ($0.5) for pajama cardinal

    Arent they schoolers that need more then 2 of them in the tank?

      Yes they do best in groups, because of my tank size I only kept two and one was more aggressive towards the other because of it. In a school they distribute that aggression much better
