As a Marine, I love this. Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) is only a basic & semi-incomplete art to use again typical combatants. The likelihood of running into a ton of heavily trained hand-to-hand combatants is unlikely in regular war for now. It is heavily recommended to fill the holes in MCMAP w/ another martial art like jiu jitsu or muay thai from what I was told by our own blackbelts. Wish we had more opportunities for training where I was stationed.
I think a lot of people struggle with a really dark past and/or have been to really dark places mentally. There's still so much stigma around it, which is unfortunate. We are not nearly as alone as we think we are in our darkest time.

Bruh, the way paddy puts so much weight on after a fight, and can just "go back" to being fit and ready to fight again in that short amount of time is insane

The US Marines have a saying, *ONE SHOT ONE KILL* as a whole, they are the best of the US services at killing the enemy. Fighting hand-to-hand is not the most effective method of killing the enemy, shooting them and/or dropping bombs are the best methods. The Marines are capable of traveling very long distances by foot at night, at night so they are undetected with mortars, weapons, round and much more including including food and water. In my opinion, this is not a fair comparison, one is the world champions at killing/destroying the enemy, the other are some of the best physically (without killing their opponent but hurting them really bad)
