It’s Autumn again and I’m so glad this video was offered to me by UA-cam. It’s just perfect; watching you paint the amazing leaf while listening has been so peaceful. Thank you Kristine ❤
You take the simplest things and elevate them to something that is so beautiful. I love that your painting are so real looking. 😍 You could almost pick it up. Thanks for sharing. 💕 😊 💕
May I ask what color you used in the second circular well? Was that pure perylene violet (before you added the extra near the end)? Love this study in autumn colors. Thanks!
You paint so beautifully! Did a few autumn leaves but looked very drab & get that yellow mixing in and then turns into one strange color. When try to paint “delicate, thin lines” look like big lines on a map 🤦♀️. Practice and do not push green into yellow as I did!
@@KristineArt I've learned more watching your tutorials on Patreon and UA-cam,then any other UA-camr and Patreon teacher. You are a great teacher and your work and videos are what got me Into realistic watercolor. I look forward to seeing more videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge
I would love to watch and listen to you teach but the music is so distracting. I don’t understand the trend of using music in tutorials. It is so unnecessary. We all have our own music. we all have our own household sounds, and studios with our own sound. Please stop using music. Pass the word.
I don’t mind it too much if the music is very low classical piano or something like that, but I understand what you mean for this video! Now I can’t focus at all. 😅
This is already a long time ago and I was just starting and figuring out. I understand what you mean about the music 😏 but not at that time. Now I put it super super quite or don’t put at all if I am explaining

Thank you so much :) Practice makes it perfect!
I was wondering why for this painting, you didnt do it in layers like you do for flowers, emohasizing the tonal values
With every subject it can be slightly different. Here it was more about blending wet in wet and building contrast
