Going to the gym is key because it’ll be one of the major things that help you tame your sex drive and the amount of energy you have on SR, especially if you already had a high sex drive before hopping on SR.
@@gfrmthe8 thanks for the advice, and yeah I agree 100% that going to the gym is crucial to optimize results in SR and it is a great way to use that energy to train harder, you mentioned aggressiveness and that is some of the things I like the most about SR the aggressiveness that it gives you, I train boxing so I have to be fucking aggressive all the time while being smart of course but yeah being agressive is super necessary when it comes to fitness, fighting and life in general, I ve been getting better on this journey but I have relapsed sometimes but now I relapse way less than I used to do before, the times when I ve done this successfully like many weeks straight, I have felt amazing but it’s hard to do that on every trial you do on SR, sometimes I might last 36 days, other times I might last 4 days only and since my sexual drive is already so high bc I do excercise basically everyday I feel like it’s harder for me than for the average person who has a sedentary life or only excercises like a couple times per week but the thing is not to give up and keep always trying, one day I will master this skill 100% and I will have absolute control of my sexual desires while having very high amount of testosterone.
