    This is so fucking good. Not so many postrock albums are made into such composition as well. The gradation, instrumental side and everything is far beyond so many bands, if this has been accomplished by one person, hats off for that. Not only I listened to it once, but already five times and it is amazing how easy is to come back to this music.

      Even if I'd love to do so, I don't think it will happen anytime soon due to a lot of issues. The main one is money of course. I'm an indipendent solo artist and everything I do, I do it with a very very low budget so it's really hard for me right now.

    What does Hyeon mean? I looked it up:
    TOP DEFINITION
    Hyeon
    1.)A very manipulative person
    2.)An annoying person who dosn't know when to shut-up
    3.)A person who 'sees the world differently'
    4) my friend just won't shut-up he has been talking for 3 hours I tell him 'i need to leave' and he says I need to tell you something important and he just starts talking about random stuff such a Hyeon
    by i kN0w 3v3ry7hing Ab0ut you November 13, 2017
    In this situation - I am going with definition number 3. I know how you feel Outsider. "I've followed you along this lonely mountain path for so long, Now I speak a language no one seems to understand."

      Morgan Lake Great search, I actually like the number 3 very much, it fits perfectly. Also, I would like to give you one more meaning: (which is basically the reason why I choosed it) Hyeon also mean "sunshine" in Korean If I'm not wrong. The 9/4 rythm (3x3/4) is so dope on Polaris. Do you play the drums live? I'm planning to learn drums too to play all these odd time signatures, because I think I'm better off doing it myself...

    • @HowTheWorldBecameTheBomb
      @HowTheWorldBecameTheBomb 4 роки тому +1

      I'm no drummer unfortunately but I write and compose all of it and then use a Library to get the sound I want. Anyway you should learn if you can, but odd time signatures will come later with practice and practice!

    • @leonordmann
      @leonordmann 4 роки тому

      @@HowTheWorldBecameTheBomb ahh alright. It sounds really good actually. I could never get a good live sounding programmed drumkit so I stuck to more electronic beats.
      7/4 come to me completely naturally on guitar already. It's like I discover a good riff and just see later on, that it's in 7/4, 7/8. So I'm confident that it'll be good on drums too.
      Actually I played a little drums yesterday and already played some odd beats 👌

    OMG You touched me deeply. Post-Rock has been waiting for your acoustic guitar. So simple so beautiful...Where have you been? Can you tell us the drum software you are using? Some of your ideas compel me to scat on top of them...you probably intended this as you are a postmodernist?

      Morgan Lake First of all, thank your Morgan for your kind words, I really appreciate it. I don't know if I'm a post-modernist, I just play whatever sound fit what I try to express.
      As for the drums I use the complete version of "Perfect Drums". It's quite affordable and sounds great!

      Your drummer is a human. 0 for 2 isn't bad.

      Morgan, please don't call this band postmodernist, Its all the western way of putting things into brackets and stereotyping everything.
      Post rock is different then all these fixed terms of western Historians.
