And the fact that it was Eric (the leader) who actually educated himself about copyrights and patent laws so they could keep their group name Shinhwa after leaving SM Entertainment while being approached by so many agencies trying to get him solo or as an actor is LEGENDARY. Yup 4 out of 6 will be or are already 39 this year. When you get to know them better you will find that they are the funniest, craziest bunch of guys out there. Maybe that's what keeps them youthful 😄
I can tell they are more like 30+, (I don’t even know this group but once I saw this mv I just can tell they are not young, their eyes can tell their ages) obviously they are putting so much make up and their skin is not as good as any other younger idols.

However not all young idols have great skin and they too will suffer thru the years from the harsh makeup, lighting and long hours if they didn't take care of themselves One of the downsides of their profession. I don't like that kpop has come down to this streaming trend to get trophies at MUSIC shows but I would love for Shinhwa to reach more eyes and ears around the world. With the talent they have it's a shame people sidestep them because of their age. Isn't it a fact that we are all aging everyday? Shameful what music or rather music listeners has become
paper clip I found one of their songs downloaded on my phone and ended up looking them up for a radio show I’m trying to do where the first episode is groups from before 2010.. I’m so glad UA-cam recommended me more of their music. I didn’t know they were still active and I’m so glad I know they are. I’m gonna have to go on a binge to listen to a lot more of their music :)

Well, I think despite the ignorance of other kpop fans to 1st gen idols like shinhwa, spc international fans, Shinhwa is extremely popular in Korea and among idols too. They're pretty big in Asia as well. But I guess for us who had been fans for so long, they deserve more recognition on a global scale. Althought Highlight/Shinee/Infinite/Suju/2pm/2am/Bigbang is the generation I grow up and love but Shinhwa was always with them. Those groups always mention Shinwha and that is how I started being with them. From a 15 year old girl now 23.. all i can say its been so long thank you for uplifting my spirits with your variety shows and music. This is why they are legends among legends. Myghed its been 8 years being a fan. Althought Highlight/Shinee/Infinite/Suju/2pm/2am/Bigbang is the generation I grow up and love but Shinhwa was always with them. Those groups always mention Shinwha and that is how I started being with them. From a 15 year old girl now 23.. all i can say its been so long thank you for uplifting my spirits with your variety shows and music.
