Love how Toby painted her nails with the Jet Lag logo
I was surprised to see such a car-focused season at first, but it's cool you're balancing that by having most of the challenges get you out of the cars and into the nature and local cities!
New zealands public transport is garbage, which is probably why it's car focused- a kiwi
@@xZulfur Yeah, as another kiwi there's really no good way for them to make this public transport focused. Even in our biggest city our public transport is terrible.
@@xZulfur I think a public transport based one wouldn't work across any country except European ones or China
@Milton That’s wildly untrue. Most places across Asia, Europe, South America (disregarding trains), and Australia have some form of public transport system. The US is one of very few car-centric countries
@@Mill_Jr pretty widespread in Japan as well, and it'd be a smaller game but I think Israel could have a game as well (barring them not wanting to run afoul of political whatever)
Ben and Toby bonding is so wholesome
I kind of want them to be a team now. Preferably in something undemanding, like finding a good lunch.
Ben: "The thing is, if you forget that fUn FaCt,"
Adam: "YOU DIE."
I was so unprepared for that
"we are digging closer to depression with every scoop" - Toby 😂😂
You should do a series in Japan one day! It’s got some of the best public transportation in the world, it’s really fun, it’s different from everywhere else you’ve been, it’s safe, it’s got loads of similarly sized prefectures.
Language barrier for both people interaction and signage might be an issue there, but they probably cope somehow.
@@Mimi.1001 People, yes, they all take years of English, but almost none can speak more than a few words, but for signage, Japan is covered with English. Nearly all signage is also in English.
Japan's gonna be very hard. The translation apps can only get you so far. The trains are so confusing and you can't really make too much of a scene. Even in Tokyo you can get asked to leave places if you're filming...
@@AllTheArtsy You don’t need translation apps, they don’t ever talk to anyone, all the signs in Japan have English.
In one of the Nebula special features, they expressed a desire to do a Japan series!
This is honestly the best and most creative channel on UA-cam.
I see Ben and Adam winning this season with pure luck and chaos on their side :D They've reached cult status by now!
OMG... I've purchased a Nebula subscription during the last season so I've already seen this and the next episode. I rewatch it here on YT to see if I've missed anything and for the Algorithm of course...
Long story short: I just now noticed Toby's nail polish!!!! Great job. It's so cool!!! Looking forward to this fantastic season... thank you for this great content
1:41 I burst out laughing, I was not expecting to meet the Lag Mobile. No, its not the Jet Mobile, do you see turbine engines on it?
Sam : I thought you were a massive jet lag fan
Toby : literally got jet lag logo painted on her nails
I was having such a bad day today but this series literally makes me so happy :) you know it's going to be better when there's a new jet lag episode
Best channel on UA-cam! So excited!! Already watching Episode 2 on Nebula now😎
Same
12:37 Her nails w yalls Logo is so cool!
I really like Toby as a guest. She has really good chemistry with the other three!!
Love to see the Vogel's bread. Ben and Adam chose the toast slice which is thicker than the classic sandwich slice.
Love that Toby is a part of this!
I love that Toby's nails have the Jet Lag logo that's such a cool little detail she added :)!
As a kiwi this is so exciting to see I was hoping that someday you guys would make it to NZ, Hope you guys enjoy or did enjoy Bluff if filming is already over lol
As someone from Serbia, I was pleasantly surprised (and very confused) when I saw the sign at 19:00, I now wonder what the backstory of the sign is
Also, nice video, you guys never disappoint
Yes! Many Croatian men came to this region in the early 1900s to harvest Kauri gum and naturally, many Māori (native New Zealanders) from this area are mixed Croatian. Hence the sign is to honour the mix and heritage of both cultures
@@waimariemclean2759 That is very interesting! Sorry for the late reply as UA-cam did not notify me about this reply but I genuinely find it interesting how those things happen
@@JovanLemon No problem! I also found it interesting when I found this out the first time I travelled to this region :) such a cool mix of cultures!
Based on the length of the episode and the progress towards the Southern Tip, this gonna be a long one. Like 10 episodes.
I noticed so many things that are cool, Toby has Jet Lag nail paint design and also there is a lot of cobweb behind Ben N Adam’s rear view mirror
Glad to have you all back and Toby seems like a great addition to the group! And as someone who wouldn't trust the luck route, I feel validated 😂 Excited for next week
New Zealand is the best place for season 5!
Just been there it’s so beautiful
Toby is just amazing!! Love her and hope to see her often on ur chanel!
I *love* Toby's nail polish, it's so cute
I love you guys for creating some of the most creative and interesting content for people who love game shows and travelling. I love this so much
This season is probably the most likely to be able to do with your friends on a low budget!
Toby is ALREADY my favorite guest!
4:57 as an Australian is such a wrong thing to do… ANYTHING could be in the grass
