Assalamualikum sir I got PR in Oct, 2018. I did stay in Canada for 880 days in total. Landed on 4th Oct, 2018 till 14th Feb, 2020. 25th July,2020 till 1st Aug 2021. and now landed on 20th of October,2023. My PR Card is getting expire on 30th of November, 2023. I did apply for renewal. My question is if I get PR renewal and stay for more 215 days to make it 1095 days(880+215) then I am eligible for citizenship or I have to stay again the same days on new PRCard. Tax return filled for the last three years. You reply will be really appreciated.. Best regards
Aoa mere husband nay pr card ke liye apply kia tha September 2019 mai abi tak wait kar rahe hain kuyn ke un ke days pore nahi thay kya woh ab dubara apply kar saqtay hain pr card pls reply kar deen thanks
Hello sir,i have been canada since 2014,i have filed taxes from 2015 to 2018, but i have recently got my PR(2022)., wondering if I am eligible for citizenship
While applying for a Canadian passport can I request to split name because in my Indian passport there is no surename ( last name). And will this request be considered as name change..? In future?
Hi sir, I hv problem with Canada language, so what’s the easiest way to get language provide? I have a CPR certificate, is that accepting to apply Canada citizenship?
1095 days condition should be met to be eligible for citizenship. Out of 1095 days, at least 730 days should be mandatorily on PR. Remaining can be with any Temporary resident status. In order to maintain PR status, you need to present in country for at least 730 days before the date of your application for PR Renewal. So to answer your question - Should i live 730 days just to keep my PR status --- YES, then live another 1095 days to be eligible for the citizenship---No, as you already had 730 days with PR covered you just need remaining 365 days.
Hi..I am a PR and want to apply for citizenship. My employer sent me abroad for marketing his business for 6 months. As mentioned by you in your previous video, I am not able to understand whether this period will be counted towards my citizenship?
HI SIR My question is, if I could not complete 1095 days within the 5 years,I mean still 7 months more need to stay to complete 1095 days but my PR getting expire. If I renew PR card and stays for further 7 months to complete the required time for citizenship. Is it ok. OR again I have to stay the same days on new PR Cards. Will appreciate the explanation. Thanks
Best guy in GTA for immigration-related filing. Spoke to him about my case, very pleasant and calm-headed personality, just like how he is in these videos. Absolutely recommended !!!! May God bless him.
Thank you. I lost my celpip test results soft/hard copies and not able to download from website because they are 2 years old. Can I upload my master degree certificate (provided in English language) in eligible documents list like post-secondary or other documents?
Ugh… I knew Canada wouldn’t have me. At 54, there’s no chance I’m getting a work or student visa. If trump is re-elected, you best believe I’ll have no qualms about becoming an ‘illegal’.
