This actually happened in Finland. Hunter had 2 dogs... He put them on tow hook.. and started driving. He drove for miles. Other dog died during that and other one was in really bad shape. And worst part was, he didnt even care much. That guy said something about "oh I must be getting old" cuz forgetting stuff. He took other dog to vet, and vet had to put it down.
@@Darth234Ravenous nope. Got fined plus no animal allowed for him for few years. And the fine was less than 1000 euros anyway. So basically, no punishment.
