I would say it’s always a load going somewhere out of that area. So you can definitely find work to do.
Could you explain how it works with having a lien holder on the truck that’s not paid for and having it running under someone else’s authority?
If you are using their insurance only, is that sufficient enough to provide to your finance company or would additional coverage be needed?

Why not apply for the authority first then buy the truck? Is that possible so no down time waiting for the authority to be active.
