I have a hearing disability and ADHD and I've also, just recently, been diagnosed with Dyscalculia. I'm about to enter 12th grade

I'm an adult diagnosed with a learning disability and I've notice signs of auditory issues following instructions verbally. Besides I like way I am. I hate being around neurotypicals anyways.

What the heck does this mean? I was diagnosed with this but still have no clue which specific learning disorder I have or if I have aspergers. They diagnose people with this but don't specify the disorder why?
