- Most Naruto Storm Connections anbu rank players end up being spammers, but Tobirama doesn't care in online ranked. Tobirama received a pretty decent overhaul in Naruto Storm Connections and that makes him one of the better characters to use thanks to the utility he provides to a team. Tobirama could easily become part of my main team.
