Pile number three resonated with me 100%, I’m about to move back to Hawaii with my dad and little sister in a few days. Months before that was planned, I was deep into hermit mode. I distanced myself from people that I truly felt like wasn’t the best for me, and focused on myself. I worked hard to heal myself, mentally, physically, and spiritually but mostly mentally. I go to therapy and am taking medicine that is helping me a lot. Throughout those few months I’ve learned a lot about myself, and I’ve just been leveling up.
