Comfrey is not mentioned, but it actually heals skin and bones. Its nickname is "knit-bone" because it's been used through the centuries to heal broken bones and skin. It actually causes cells to regenerate. It's got a compound in it called allantoin, which is recognized as a cell proliferant. I've been using it on a huge cavity and it's causing my tooth to grow back - both dentin and enamel, new adult tooth! The reason it's not talked about more is that the FDA had decided it's "toxic," based on some very flawed "research."

I think many herbs can be overused. We need to be educated and cautious, but that's no reason not to use them! Even aspirin or tylenol can kill you if they are used incorrectly!

Added cayenne and ginger to my diet and feeling my extremities being warmer so yea its improving my circulation. Making lemon ginger tea iced or hot with raw honey as well as adding ginger to my chicken soup. Cayenne in pill form. I also use homegrown herbs in my broths and pms symptoms are practically gone, so all the herbs: sage, thyme, turmeric, garlic, rosemary, basil, and oregano go in my broth super yummy.
I love growing rue, lemon balm, chamomile, mint and making teas out of them with no processed sugars. I would love to know if there are any health benefits from these since I know they do but I keep being surprised how many other people don't know about them. Like why I drink rue on the time of the month instead of taking pain meds.

Dr Axe I am going to school to be a hospital pharmacist and your videos are very inspiring I know that prescription drugs are killing the American population daily and also is highly addictive. I have a question is there any way I could become a natural medicine Pharmacist I really like this professional however I don't like the idea that I am giving patients medicine that could result in them dying prematurely so would there be a way I could become a natural medicine Pharmacist?

I wish I liked lavender, it makes me feel awful, pretty much the opposite effect... If you have a canker sore, swishing tea tree oil diluted with water twice a day works. It doesn't taste pleasant, but it works (about a tablespoon water to 3-4 drops of tea tree oil)

Great video again! I took Chinese herbs when I went through Menopause and never got hot flashes and pretty much sailed through it. it had Don Quai in it and also chasteberry which by itself is also good for heavy blood flow during periods if a women is hemorrhaging. I believe it's also used for endometriosis. The blend I used was "Easy Change" by Linda Rector Page's Crystal Star/Healthy Healing herbs...perfect name for it!!

Why should dandelion only be taken in spring? Can you do a video of what herbs to take together, when and how to take them (empty stomach, with food, morning, night, how many times a day and for how long etc.)
I have tons of herbs that I love but don't always know HOW to take them. Ceylon cinnamon, ashwaghanda, quercetin, dandelion, licorice, turmeric, maca, resveratrol etc. I understand the fat soluble but which herbs are best paired together and for a woman which would you combine and how to take daily. Thanks for all you do!

Vertigo & Frankincense. I HAD vertigo & it is completely gone, twice. I only had vertigo when laying on my left side that lasted no longer than 30 seconds. I put 4 to 5 drops behind my left ear every night. After 10 to 14 days, it was completely gone. I got covid in September... along with vertigo returning. Not knowing the ramifications of covid, I wasn't sure if it would work again but it did and only lasted 7 to 10 days.

If you can find pure form, then it's excellent. But almost 90% of shilajit in the market is fake! It is very low in supply and hence impossible to mass market.
