Thank you for your channel. The nation & the world seems to be in such turmoil & your channel gives me peace that there are people who care about preserving our resources. God Bless you and your family.
Hey ya'll. Been watching 3+ years and have learned so much about bison ranching. I enjoy you being here, bringing content thats soothing to the soul. I see Big Joe still looks good wearing his dinner on his head😂. God Bless
Love your channel and thank you for preserving our great nation Bison. Conservation and protection has help the bison population from disappearing. Brooke is so grown up. I remember her being so little and learning to talk. How time goes by so fast. God Bless the family and thank you for taking of such majestic example of America and it’s history that it never goes from extinct.❤❤❤
That hydrobed has been a game changer for you for sure. Much safer, can roll the hey out for all the Bison instead of running it over. Not to mention the muscles of lifting. I can't wait until the fall round up to see how they are all doing
Big Joe always makes me laugh when he has to wear his designer hay hat every time you bring out a new bale. I look forward to your videos every week. So much fun & educational. Thanks to you all Dusty, Marisa & Brooks!
After watching this reminds me how much easier it is for you giving them hay the Hydrabed has changed .. the days of sk8d steer was hard work . Change happens all for best its big learning curve . Your doing well
I'm impressed with your welding skills. Repurposing old pieces of gate, welding into new hay feeders? Love to see you do all these projects. Of course I never tire of seeing the big guy & all the ladies. I love watching their behavior when you're working around them. They show a healthy respect about not getting too close or rambunctious. They seem to feel very comfortable with your presence, but they know it as more of a business relationship. I think about all the videos posted about strangers wanting to interact with park bison. It is just not who they are. Thanks for sharing your family & bison ranching with us.❤
just to recap - brilliant independent farming and the joy of knowing it what to do and you are blessed with getting it right somehow - but Big Joe needs is own hydro bed to itch on and can't wait for the real roundup
You and your family have grown and educated yourself and all your followers in all things Bison. I am very proud and grateful for you, Marisa and Brooke for all that you do .❤❤
Looks like Hydrabed has been a big help to you. Good luck getting the bison ready for the next roundup. Always enjoy watching your videos. GOD bless y'all.
Remember your first round up. Seemed like a million people with groups of people on horses.. etc. And here you are all by yourself gathering them up front in pre to working them.. BRAVO. So fun to watch.. you Bison Piped Pipper. Loved the drone work and the music pairing. Looking forward to round up. Thanks for sharing! Love from Rhode Island!
DUSTY and Marissa, great video. DUSTY how are the turkeys doing as of late??. Hope you have been getting some of the rain I have been seeing in your neck of the woods. Keep up the great work. ⛈⛈❤❤❤.
When I saw the news was doing a story about buffalo, you were they channel I thought about and got proud these people they were interviewing were doing the same thing as you, but just in my state.
I came to your channel after watching Daniel Arms Family. I really enjoy watching you all work your places and animals. Improving your land and animals is such a great mindset and lifestyle. Bless you all.
Hydro bed is fabulous tool not just for bison, great for all horses, goats, sheep, any farm in any parts of the world would be beneficial. Not sure if in oz ... but certa4see the benefits
Plus you learnt about protein sugar content of hay and the seeds grasses and it's all coming to gether .. even all slash burn of blackberries and helping pecans and deer all round the farm is in totally great shape and soil and wildlife .
Side note: my grandpa had a ranch in McCurtain Ok (town, not county) Side of the mountain facing Robbers Cave. I have pics of his land from there. The tech we have now would blow his mind, or maybe not. He was a forward thinker, yet a mountain man. Loved him dearly. ❤
Hi Dusty, Marissa and Brooke. Yall work well together. Love watching yall working with the bison. I have learned a lot from yall. So proud of yall bringing back the American bison Love watching the fall roundup. I have been with yall from the beginning. God bless and love yall ❤❤
Your success is also our blessing...we have been able to see your happiness and also watch God's gift of the Bison, flourish again on Oklahoma soil..on Cross TImbers Bison Ranch 🙏😁
Just look at you two!! Dang skis on a hay bail eater thingy. Easy pull. But Dusty says. Now that I got it goin - where am I gonna put it!!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣👍🏻. Great job by a great couple
I really enjoy your videos in which you are both working the ranch together! You make such a great team! There is nothing on TV that is better than homestead farming/ranching on UA-cam, especially your channel! Have a great weekend! With loads of love, prayers, and gentle hugs for y'all and your critters too. God bless y'all, Donna Gulyas in Florida. 🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🐎🐎🦃🐔🐓🌴
Love the New Sweatshirt!🦬💜 How's the pond you dug out? Looked like you got a lot of rain last week. 🙏🌧 Snow in your forecast 😮 Hey,Hay, Big Joe 😂🦬💜 It's been Amazing watching the Progress you've made since I started following you in 2019! So Proud of you and Marisa!🙏🦬🌸💜 Looking forward to seeing you work the Bison soon! Exhilarating and Stressful at the same time 😅! Keep on Bison Ranchin!🙏🦬🌸💜
Just a suggestion. I think that maybe a couple of ram pumps set in by your creek crossing might help keep your ponds topped off in the dry season. Ram pumps can lift water about a hundred feet vertical and use no electricity whatsoever. There are some examples of these simple and easy to build systems done by others on U-tube. A simple system pumps 24-7 and could add 500-1000 gallons of water a day without drastically effecting the creek. Just a thought.
Looks like the round bale should have gone in perpendicular in the hay stand to the way it was dropped. Nice piece of equipment compared to the round stands we use with cattle.
I just put in an order for the bundle with the bison sticks and summer sausage. I can't wait to try the new flavor, and the original flavor. I like the sweet BBQ. and I can't wait to try the summer sausage...So, looking forward to it...got me a shirt, as well and I'm so excited...thank you for sharing y'all videos and I appreciate y'all...have a blessed weekend...Love Hugs Happiness and Prayers...💗😇🙏🏻
It's too bad you have to rotational graze, otherwise I believe Big Joe would love one of those roller brushes to scratch on. It would probably start a fight over who gets to use it though, since I don't think he would be inclined to share. sort of like Dunbar's tree tank, lol
I’ve been with you guys from the beginning. You’ve done so well and worked so hard. Good to see so much improvement. BYW, just kidding about Dunbar and Eleanor. I know they’re ok.
The packaging on these sticks are wayyyyy better. No razor needed. LOL. Yes, we are still working on trying to get the sodium levels down and still keep the great flavor. Challenging to say the least. Thank you for the feedback!
Hi Dusty & Marissa I look forward to your podcast each week Great Team work Will look forward to your next post on Fall round up & working will you do one on Dunbar & his small herd as well how is Eleanor 🇦🇺
Hello Dusty and Marissa. I have been watching you since awhile before you moved to the Ponderosa. I love watching you do your work. Love all the animals. Why haven't you started riding Cora yet? Do you live at the Ponderosa?

Go Marissa! You rocked it!! You seem so much more comfortable with the bison and you rock driving the truck. You got thus! ❤
Fun times. Husband and Wife working together.

That hydrobed has been a game changer for you for sure. Much safer, can roll the hey out for all the Bison instead of running it over. Not to mention the muscles of lifting. I can't wait until the fall round up to see how they are all doing

Big Joe and the queen Eleanor ❤❤
You can tell Dusty loves his remote for the Hydrobed, LOL
Looks like the round bale should have gone in perpendicular in the hay stand to the way it was dropped. Nice piece of equipment compared to the round stands we use with cattle.

Love you guys channel ❤️ Big Joe wants to roll that hay for you guys, Just love it Love n Blessings
It's too bad you have to rotational graze, otherwise I believe Big Joe would love one of those roller brushes to scratch on. It would probably start a fight over who gets to use it though, since I don't think he would be inclined to share. sort of like Dunbar's tree tank, lol

There should be a lot of seeds in the hay, you will have a lot of new growth in the spring ❤
Big Joe and his hay hat 😂
❤🎉 Yeah shoulda turned the bale the other way ..??!!! 😊❤️🦬 Go Marissa lol. 😁 You too Dusty.. 🥰🇺🇲
I’ve been with you guys from the beginning. You’ve done so well and worked so hard. Good to see so much improvement. BYW, just kidding about Dunbar and Eleanor. I know they’re ok.
Good job!
bison burgers are really great
Yes they are!
Question: Can you open the sticks without a razor blade? Salt is a big deal to old people, any chance to try less salt?
The packaging on these sticks are wayyyyy better. No razor needed. LOL. Yes, we are still working on trying to get the sodium levels down and still keep the great flavor. Challenging to say the least. Thank you for the feedback!
I love that acoustic guitar
Good job Marissa. I totally understand that job put you in a tight spot. You did good though.
Hey Crosstimbers, just put your jerky on my Christmas list. Just want to make sure Dunbar and Eleanor are ok😀
👍
Hi Dusty & Marissa I look forward to your podcast each week
Great Team work
Will look forward to your next post on Fall round up & working will you do one on Dunbar & his small herd as well how is Eleanor 🇦🇺
Hello Dusty and Marissa. I have been watching you since awhile before you moved to the Ponderosa. I love watching you do your work. Love all the animals. Why haven't you started riding Cora yet? Do you live at the Ponderosa?
You need to get some scratching posts for the Bison.
Yes!
Great video 😊
Baffled Buff
Marissa (sp?), is it wise to have bare arms and legs when close to welding? Wouldn't it be a better choice to wear jeans and a long-sleeved shirt?
Yes of course, but she wasn't close enough to get any flashings. Plus it was really hot that day! Lol
Are the jerky sticks spicy/hot?
Hello there dusty just wondering if you're brother in law Daniel ever get to use the welding
Big Joe is like, "Oh, this stuff is smelling good. I'll roll in it and all the gals will be following me around."
Hi Dusty
Hey!
Hello Dusty. Just wondering if you can either mention on the day your filming or post the date so I know how old your videos are. I get it some dates are written, but there’s some I’m not sure with. Keep on keeping on 🌞
Ha ha. You got Dustin; mashines as sponsor. Perfect.
Hello Marisa Brooke and Dusty😊
Hi Dusty and Marissa,
Do you ever watch the Kilcher family from Alaska? Otto has bales like yours. How much do yours weigh?
Big Joe is such a handsome man.
Did you get much rain? With any luck your pond will fill up.
Yes, great show! These weigh typically around 1000 lbs.
