Both released in the same year. Back then, us console player have GTA V. While people use to play on mobile got this. What an amazing year (2013). Now I play this game on my Mi 8 Lite. While I play GTA Online on my Steam deck. 🤦

I remember when the concept of playing an Open world game on mobile was wishful thinking! Now we have COD Mobile/Warzone, The Division, RS Seige, And the GTA Classic trilogy!
But GTA V had best graphics unlike Gangster Vegas but GTA V can only be Played on Steam and other cloud gaming unlike Gangster Vegas it can be played fully offline
