Heavy Metal Chickens

I have read a lot of articles saying that chickens don't do well on metal pipe perches. I had to check it out myself. I want to find something other than wood to reduce mite pressure, but after this test I agree with the knowledge of the internet and will keep looking.

we usually put the metal pipe hanging on strings, it will move and will train chicken legs in balancing for more power and control , higher jumps, and deliver more deadly blows in cock fights.
