Tbh- this video really gave a lot of knowledge about females. I was 9 years old when I had my first period, which was really so tough time for me and I was puzzled about what's happening with me, as I come from a really conservative family , even my mom was ashamed of telling what was happening with me . Hitting puberty in my early age changed my physique Since then I was alienated by my classmates, I looked older than I was , which made me uncomfortable and insecure about my body .

I was 13 and half when my periods started but I wasn't afraid , instead I happily told my mom about it lol ....maybe because some months ago my aunt told me everything about periods, its symptoms and stereotypes and not to be afraid of them and my school also conducted many seasons over the years in my childhood to spread awareness as we were a girl's school students and i used to watch many UA-cam videos about normalising periods so unexpectedly I was happy about them

As a guy, I wholeheartedly show my immense respect for women and every girl out there. 💪🌸 It's undeniable that the life of a girl is filled with challenges, and it's these challenges that make them grow stronger. 💯 The sad truth is that the past taboos have deeply ingrained misconceptions in people's minds, leading to contemporary suffering and delusions. 😔
Having been a boyfriend, a brother, and a friend, I've witnessed the pain endured by my dearest ones. 💔 Yes, periods can be painful, and puberty can hit hard, but know that we stand with you. 🤝 There's absolutely no reason for shame or ridicule in facing these natural experiences. 🩸🌼 We embrace and support you without judgment. 💕🙌

I have a little sister and i see all of these signs in her, I'm just worried about creepy pedophiles who target children sexualizing her. I myself have encountered people like this when i was only 9 and i don't want her to go through it. Also the fact that in some rural areas child marriage is still a thing and if a girl reaches puberty early they might marry her off early is scary. It's scary, even if their bodies are growing their brain is still like that of a child.

Sexualizing children is a major issue in India, and I totally agree with you. I have a younger sister too, and am constantly worried for her. I have a story related to this issue !
This started during the starting of the lockdown and lil before , I was in 8th ( 7th pass 8th ) so was my cousin sister who is younger than me in months . So she hit her puberty when she was in 6th ( 6th ending 7th) I thought It was pretty early . Since I was in 8th and didn't hit my puberty my mom and my relatives were worried and started comparing me to my cousin . In front of her I look like a kid and ofc everyone treated me like that even tho I was 14 year old. They thought smtg was wrong in my body but girls listen ! Don't worry about it ull get when u have , either its early or late . Me myself got it when I was in 9th ( 15 year old ) I think I got my periods pretty late compared to other . I tried what not to get periods home remedy , yoga and stuff , I'm sharing this with all coz it's ok if your late , that means ur healthy ! And pls don't try anything to get it earlier!
Edit- Ok my sis is not late ✌👍🙂 don't repeat the same comments I just shared it for girls who think they are late and its abnormal !! N not either .y family is late or my sister is correct ✌🤠hopefully people with brain can understand! 🙃🙂😕🙌✌

Factually getting periods at the age of 15 is not late but if people make you feel so, don't let it bother you. Periods in the age 13-16 is completely fine. I'd got mine in Standard 8(age 14) while my sister in Standard 6(age 12). Genes also play a role. When in class 8, I was the only girl who hadn't hit puberty and tbh i used to like it 'cause i didn't have to deal with anything especially cramps.I also had very clear skin since there were no hormonal imbalances *cries*.

My mom luckily understood these signs and slowly started helping me to embrace these changes(this was a month before lockdown). As I was the first one to hit puberty, I felt very different around my friends. It did have some effect on my mental health.Only if my mom didnt tell me about this,i would have been very different.

You need to distinguish between precocial puberty which involves reaching puberty before age 8 (Partsch & Sippell, 2001), and a decline in average age of attaining puberty which involves girls reaching puberty at ages 12-13 as compared to ages 16-17 and boys reaching puberty at ages 10 as compared to ages 11-12 (Pierce & Hardy, 2012) .
This difference matters because one is against the average (0.02%) (Partsch & Shippell, 2001), and hence a dysfunction while the other is a new average (see developmental plasticity). The new average implies that earlier age at puberty may be biologically appropriate in both sexes as the current average age at menarche is similar to that which existed in early hunter-gatherers, and that the change to later onset of puberty resulted from poorer nutrition and increased infection rates in agrarian societies (Gluckman, 2006).
For example, migration of girls adopted from less economically developed countries to more developed ones was associated with early onset of puberty. According to Parent et al., (2003) socio-economic changes, better diet in the destination country resulting in catch-up growth, racial differences, and alleviation of environmental stress by adoption were considered as some explanations for early onset of puberty. According to Wang (2002) children of migrant mothers were taller and fatter by 7 years of age. When puberty is assessed using pubic hair development for both sexes, and breast development for girls and genital development for boys, with the breasts and testicles being non-palpable. Non-palpation can lead to misclassification of pubertal stage, particularly in obese children.and this may have resulted in more of these girls being recorded erroneously as having breast development.
Similarly, population density is associated with chronic diseases and mental health concerns. Obesity is also associated with population density, and so are other chronic issues resulting from the interplay between genes and lifestyle such as diabetes, cancer, etc (Wang et al., 2019). According to Colodro-Conde et al., (2018) higher genetic loading for schizophrenia was identified in participants living in more densely populated areas which could be due to selective migration to cities of participants with higher genetic risks. A 21% higher likelihood of elevated depressive symptoms among women and a 21% higher likelihood of suicidal thoughts among men, regardless of sociodemographic and lifestyle covariates was also associated with population density (Werneck & Silva, 2020).
Based on the data you presented in the video, which showed 80% of girls attaining puberty at age 11, the question then arises, is physical and psychiatric disease higher in the urban population or is it higher in the early onset of puberty population, when the early onset puberty population form a major chunk of the urban population?
We must be careful not to inappropriately medicalize early puberty. The use of the term precocial puberty to describe early puberty which does not have a pathological basis is inappropriate and
may lead to inappropriate interventions with the adolescent and their family. There will have to be adjustment to educational
and other societal structures to accommodate this new biological reality.

Its happening a lot but let's make this thing clear that just because some body parts are changing and some different phenomenons are happening in your body does not at all mean we will all of a sudden become adult women or men. These kids will still be kids and should be treated like kids. My Ex religion (i am an ex muslim) had a thing that if a girl reaches puberty then she can get married and one of the important woman of Islamic ideology was married of at an age of 6 and she had her first intercourse at the age of 9. This are some things that still grosses me out to this day and i just hope that this "early puberty" thing does not bring back child marriage and disgusting things like that in our society. A child is a child and physical changes can happen anytime but mental and emotional growth comes through experience and life.

Thank you so much for this video. To the point and well made.
For some reason even though I didn’t have checked so many researchers data, in a generic way we/I knew this from way back that fast food, sodas and junk aren’t good for health.
When I was a kid we used to take milk from local milk man and I had seen there that they inject something to cows to get more milk, it used to taste different and smoky after that because of which I used to avoid milk.
Nowadays mostly we take packet milk, we don’t know if that is also adulterated or not. But knowing about milk and cosmetics was shocking.
It don’t consume soda, junk and fast food or even products with preservatives from many years now, so watching your video is a relief that all that wasn’t wasted.
I also avoid cooking and using plastic products. I have a feeling that in future we will have a research where we will see the worst effects of plastic in our life. It is already found in our vegetables and even in our body.
Fresh fruits- vegetables and home made cooking is best.
Even after all these precautions society and its values matter. If all the businesses will only work for profit and not for sustainability and social good it will impact on health or something else in bad way.
One other thing is Indian youths are exposed to alcohol, smoking and other such addictive substances so much and start in such young age that it will definitely infact the health of their kids. All the body abuse that is going on will effect the future kids health.

I am kind of satisfied that I got my first period at the age of 13, I was mature enough to deal with the situation and I have caring and supportive family for which I am always thankful. I too think that eating lots of junk food is not healthy, if occasionally then it's ok but for growing children parents should always prefer nutritious food rather than giving money to them to have food from outside. Next thing use of makeup, yaar hum toh makeup bhi tab karte hai jab koi function ho warna roj muh dhoya us me hi jaan nikal jaati hai, I am that kind of girl .😅 Being 18yrs old I prefer to be natural beauty (haan wo alag baat hai ki mujhe kehte hai tumhe makeup ki kya zaroorat tum aisi itni acchi ho😅)... But seriously parents should be careful about their children......🙄

Just curious. Does it mean that the adult women who use cosmetics on a regular basis will have higher levels of estrogen compared to a woman not using cosmetics to that extent? If yes then it's also possible that women who are more into cosmetics give even more feminine vibes because of higher estrogen levels.

An early hitting of puberty has many cons for women body. And it totally depends on the girl's genetics which is passed down by genetics. No wearing cosmetics have minimal affect on hitting puberty. My mother is a gynecologist she told me that a girl who have a bad diet and complex lifestyle can affect a girl going to be women's puberty and a cause of premature puberty. She even said that premature puberty can cause effects like some of reproductive organ cancer if the horomone secretion are not taking place at right time.

@@blackpanther7291 no buddy bad diet and complex lifestyle includes all the point such as taking in artificial horomone, eating fast food, lack of physical activity, stressful . Where it comes of cosmetics it has minimal means in very small 🤏quantity( as I said) . My mother never allowed me to use costmetics because it has some chemicals which has very bad impact on skin and increase ageing by damaging it. And genetics means that during her time normal time for puberty was nearly 15 in 1990s to 2000s . A mother who attained premature puberty during her time will have affect on her daughter's puberty . And Nikita didi talk just about breast cancer but my mother said of many such as cervical, ovaries, even another disease polycystic ovaries if not treated at time causes infertility in women and can be treated by taking good diet and healthy lifestyle . Which I mean as cons. Which happens due to high amount of oestrogen and not releasing of progestrone at right time .

My cousin had her period recently at the age of 10. She usually likes putting on lipstick and doing other ''mature'' stuff like drinking tea, making reels, using social media and knowing about ''proposals'' and stuff...
Her father had p0rn videos on his phone and SHE showed me those videos when I WAS around 11 (SHE'S 6 years younger than me so I can't imagine what else she knew or watched....she didn't even know that it was p0rn and neither did I so I watched it a little with her and then left for playing)

All my other friends who hit their puberty in 6th and 7th grade started growing and many of my short friends got taller than me..... There was a time I was very depressed and even cried because my height didn't grow but I finally accepted it... when many people point out that I am short I still feel bad but not that much..... I also faced other problems like my breast development, acne problems and underarm hair at an very early age so I stopped wearing sleevless clothes as I felt uncomfortable and always felt awkward wearing tight... Polyester type of clothes and tops.... None of my friends had those early developments and that's why I had psychological impacts. I used to feel uncomfortable , insecure and I was not confident and always try to hide myself..... even had inferiority complex .......
