Great area
I have been staying in this vacanity at Kusnadi Hotel for 20+ years. Seen many changes , Restaurants , hotels , shop changes
My favourite bar and regular was a place called Captain Cook's a bar run by an English guy and frequented by Aussie Expats!! it is now Sugar Ray"s a great meeting place, great food, well priced drinks ,friendly staff , great atmosphere .
A great staple is Tommy's sandwich bar , has been there for as long as I can remember, 7.00 ish till 4.00pm Monday to Saturday closed Sunday. Best Rolls, Sandwiches in the area
I am very pleased to see the area has come alive again after covid .I am an older traveller looking for a quiter stay !!! thus may need to look else where .I will give the area one more try I have booked Kusnadi for early November.
