Shikha Singh shares how she wasn't able to sleep well and expresses how important it is for new mothers raising their kids to take care of themselves. Shikha also shows how she takes care of herself but also sometimes it's hard to do aur yeh har maa ki kahani hai. In general mothers give a lot of time to their families and tend to not give enough time to themselves and can lead to things like stress, improper sleep and more. Mam Mera to chota bhai hai jiski care m 7 sal se kr rhi hu or mere bina vo pani ka glass bhi nhi pita .mummy papa ko bilkul presan nhi krta.mere study pr bhut negative affect ho rha hai ghr k km k sath,bhai ki care, parents ki care or clg bhi or competitive exam bhi kbhi kbhi lgta hai life mere sath khel khel rhi hai but parents ki or bhai ki take care krne m sukun milta hai. Same my story. Sleep deprived but lately have started to work on my weight when I was detected with fatty liver. Sitting and looking after my toddler has kept me so busy I nvr bothered about my health. Irregular eating habits unhealthy lifestyle led me to this. Soon I realised if I fall sick who will look after my lil one..so my health issue came as an eye opener.

Day before, I saw my daughter tearing pieces of paper towel and using it like a face mask, and she was combing and styling her hair and using blankets and dressing herself and when I saw that I told her, very good take care of yourself and she's only 8yrs old😂❤️
