Most people are completely unaware it even exists. That's because it doesn't get radio play
Because the radio only plays either songs everyone has heard a million times, or modern music. which, let's Face it, regardless of genre, all mainstream music on the radio has more or less become pop. And pop and old music is the best way to prevent the masses from having original or creative thoughts that might inspire change. Babylon doesn't want the kind of change that comes from original, and creative thought. Because it would ruin profit margins. People would become self sufficient. The government doesn't want that.
