Yea that’s exactly how my sion games go. I’m eating like 3-4 ults every time I spawn and I’m the only one pushing objectives or getting kills while my teammates farm or split push at the completely wrong time

Basically he had a lot of deaths that weren't necessary, for example, at 1:44 he said he had to die here, but he could just TP and catch the wave. He would still end up getting the plate and gold but this is just my opinion. Maybe it was contingent on getting the snowball rolling.
