That looks great! I especially love the Valvoline hat! Blue tape used to be better at sharp lines when it first came out, but they changed the adhesive. Thin 1/4" or 1/8" vinyl tape works so much better but it can be $15 per roll. I use Plast-X on non-clear plastics like toys and electronics, too. It's really good as a very light cutting finish for plastics!
Good tips Andy. I mostly used the yellow tape on this, and that’s only because I ran out of the blue tape. Yes, it’s not as good as it used to be and the reasonI bought the yellow tape kit with 5 different widths. The clothes look good, especially the cap. I’m happy with the results. 👍🏻
Very nice work brother. Keep up the great work my friend. Thanks for sharing I picked up a couple good tips to use on my 3D printed parts. We need to collaborate on some stuff.
Yeah a bit smaller depending on some of the cars but we do what we can if we want something for our Joes and try to make it work. Thanks for watching and sharing a comment. 👍🏻
Hi Andy, yeah looking at the 1/6 vehicles sounds about right. They tried to keep the size down probably for many reasons. Thanks for watching buddy and commenting. 👍🏻
That's great
Thanks brother! 👍🏻
This project was very impressive Ernie! The vehicle and the driver outfit are just fantastic!
Thanks Pat! 🙏 Appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching.

Looks good but hate to say it Barbie vehicles are smaller then 1:6 but you did a great job with it.
Someone who worked at Mattel told us that the general guideline is that things are scaled down to 7/8 of the correct size
