I believe there is an error in the connection. It looks like you connected the relay to 5V on the arduino but then you also connected the always open part of the relay also to the same 5V. Is that correct?
From the designs you had uploaded to thingiverse, i didn't see the small knob you used to glue to the motor. If you have the design of it, it would be really helpful if you could add it.

thats what i think 2 i was so fricken confused trying to figure out why mine wouldn't work that was why
