In my country, the easiest way is to use your index finger and thumb to press both cheeks in a new born. From birth to 3 months, everyday. The dimples form and last forever. All my kids have dimples

i didn't believe this vedio at once when i smiled widely in front of mirror i saw dimple on my left chick and i did this exercises never did that pencil one just do facial exercises omg i got dimples its amazing. my bf surprised to see it .he said omg i never seen this on ur face before.
