A precise conceptualization of International Environmental Law, while dealing about Multilateral treaties, highlighting Vienna Convention on Law of treaties, 1961 is also required, as the mechanism could be used to reconcile the monstrous treaty regime, considering that post Stockholm more than 300 Environmental Law conventions has come to effect.
