It’s crazy when you think how young they were and how good they were even just at 16 and 18. They didn’t get to go to the 2006 Olympics but they achieved their dream only 4 years later and then 8 years after wards becoming the most decorated Olympic figure skaters of all time!
What a difference a year made - in 2004/2005, Scott looked like a 12 year old and he and Tessa were the same height. He certainly matured in the space of a year or so. So talented as teenagers - better than some seniors today

and to think they both did not like this program! they said in an interview they couldnt decide for what music and since they were taking forever to decide their coach told them to do this cause they were being too difficult. ahhahaha and they still won.

Probably because it’s such an overused song in skating, it probably didn’t speak to them.
