- In the middle of the night, Phil and Christie Sanders were awakened by their ADT alarm. At first they thought it was a burglar, but it turned out that the whole backside of their house was on fire. The couple credits ADT and First Responders for making sure no one was hurt or killed.

I’m guessing the reason that it said back door was because the fire had burned the sensor on the back door causing it to disconnect. I’m glad your family is safe!

ADT is great service :) i was have command panel package in my alarm system with ADT, Very satisfy what ADT doing, idk why ADT got a lot of negative reviews, i means in some points that negative reviews was right like they keep my credit card information to force paying, no honest on contract end day, overprice device, .... But ADT is a good life saver :) i think it's worth the money you paid. The negative of this command panel is expensive but dont have duress code :(, somepoint disappointed and cant programming yourself
