In the first segment with Emily, Kat turns toward Emily and Dom and you can see the light catching some tears sliding down her cheek. Kat Barrell does not like to be seen crying. She's vulnerable, too. Dom is the way I am; if I open my mouth to talk about whatever it is, down come the tears in streams.

You can see Kat is really caring to Dom compare to other cast members. So their feeling is mutual. Kat knows Dom loves her so much and vice versa but they know they cant speak about what relationship they have coz Kat is in a relationship. And after like 5 years together kissing and being so intimate. Who would not fall? haha just my thought
