Picking as we need at the moment, but we just got a new pressure canner so I’m sure that will feature in future videos! Sauerkraut and picallili would be two things we would love to do with abundance. I have pickled the white radishes (mooli/daikon) in a rice wine vinegar and sugar heavy pickling liquor. What do you do with yours? 🥬
