      Balance is the important part of stance. Use a video camera to reecord yourself and see how your balance and posture is.

    This is muay thai

    • @KarateConcepts
      @KarateConcepts  3 роки тому

      It’s striking concepts. I didn’t realize Muay Thai had a copyright on that. It’s also karate and etc.

    These combos don’t have any real logic. For example, on a real scenario you wouldn’t throw a foot kick after an elbow because of the distance you end up having between you aggressor and you

    • @shanescott5847
      @shanescott5847 4 роки тому +5

      There is very little logic in a real fight. It's mostly instinct at that point. I've had a guy grab my balls to get out of a headlock I had him in. Any shit can happen on any day. The smallest guy can f* you up. Women can F* you up. There is no logic to it, except whats stored in your instinct by repetition.

      Please understand that the other person will move after contact, they don't just stand there.

    I have a bag, then what ?

    • @KarateConcepts
      @KarateConcepts  3 роки тому

      There are a wealth of drills when using a heavy bag. This video is simply for solo drills. Thanks for the question.
